I have ordered items from here and there really good quality products and really easy to purchase from them and I would recommend them

6 days after leaving the below review I was contacted by my credit card company for a £29.95 "subscription" to this company which I was never notified of when ordering below.

My credit card company has been spot on in stopping the transaction via text at 5am this morning (I even referred them to the below review) and my credit card has been stopped.

Terrible way to treat once happy customers

This was my original review August 2021:

I'm always dubious of companies that email me with offers of gifts and paying just for postage, yet Vaiva was genuine.

I've just received a £13.95 kitchen multi-chopper dicer and slicer ordered just 4 days ago which has arrived and it only cost me the £1.95 postage from Denmark.

It's great quality and will be ideal for any chef.

I will be shopping with Vaiva regularly as their offers are genuine and their products are good quality so I highly recommend them.

Lovely bag great for everyday quick arrive

I saw this company on face book never received anything from them but a large membership fee taken have tried repeatedly to request the money back but no,luck so far but I will not give up she should make it crystal clear that you are locked into a membership of 30 a month and they will not budge not at all acceptable!!

Not spam but trust worthy site as I ordered from Vaiva and received it i. One week and it was great experience of shopping at very low price. Good quality product on cheap prices , I didn’t believe before ordering but now my daughters had also ordered.

Pls avoid this shop. I didnt know it was a membership that cost £29.95 a month as they didnt mention it on the fb ads. I complained on their fb page but they blocked me right away. Then i contacted them via their form but no answer until i write this. Tried to cancel the membership via the link but it kept saying due to technical error it cant be done. Really??? They are scammer. I have freezed my card and asked for replacement, hopefully it will stop them taking any payment.

Loving my bag. Took a while for the delivery because of the Lockdown, but they offered to refund me for my purchase. Items did arrive.
My bag is a three-piece and since the arrival, I have only used them. Different style! A pity I am unable to upload the photo I took.
Reading some of the reviews, any issues just email Vaiva.

It's a con, the quality is the same as winning tat from a fair ground. Had no idea or instructions on how it worked or that I was joining a club where £29.95 is taken out each month. Very surprised at who would have that much money a month to buy such poor quality items.
