Beware of this Scam Company
I have been scammed after placing an order with them, being advised delivery would be 7 - 10 days, purchased a bag and they sent a small toy, then seen they have taken £29.95 membership fee from my bank. Wrote to them and they said I had accepted their terms and conditions, also their membership fee conditions. Rubbish customer service.
DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM.

I have ordered a few things from the site and they are good quality products. I will be recommending this service to my family and friends.

Customer service is superb & very efficient.I orders 2 times & my order was on time.prices are very reasonable moreover they have members offer on weekly basis.highly recommended for online shopping.

If I could put zero stars I would I ordered something it still hasn’t arrived they took a subscription without even letting me know there was a subscription of £30 which I have cancelled with my bank I have disputed the transaction and It’s hoping I can get my money back haven’t got money to waste here avoid this company they’re absolute scammers !!!!!! Scam scam scam scam scam scam and all the good reviews on here are only from them to make their self look good!!!

avoid this company, 15 months get membership fee without any notification for 30 pounds monthly, i am starting legal action

Great company and offer freebies! Have had no issue and the product still works perfectly according to my Dad that uses it weekly! Also have good support staff

ordered a screwdriver set, and paid, then once i had paid noticed the Cancel subscription part at the end, i went to the cancel subscription part of the page, cant cancel from there due to technical problems, so i phoned, they cant answer phone due to the events in ukraine, Avoid this site, its a scam, im in the process of reporting to trading standards

Disgraceful fake fraudulent site order low cost item and don't arrive for 6 days don't have time to examine goods day 7 £29.95 charged to your card you used to pay for low cost item bog standard replies re terms and conditions will be letting bank see all these and other replies from customers robbed of cash and demanding charge back

If I could leave a review with less than 1 star, I would. Ordered a vegetable chopper for approx £15. It is ok- not great.
A few weeks later, the company took a further £30 from my account. When I looked into it, it turns out that there is very small print when you place an order, stating that you are signing up for some club with a fee of £30 per month!
Glad I noticed it so soon. Other people have had several payments taken before noticing.
What were the benefits of the club supposed to be? Surely this cannot be legal. They are scamming people!

Ordered an item for a really good price, which actually does work pretty well tbf.
But NOWHERE did it say it was on a subscription basis and they’ve just taken £30 out of my account with no idea of me knowing!! Complete refusal of a refund and send you a load of rubbish about their t&cs which was made clear on the website during purchase - it wasn’t at all. I went through the site again though the Facebook link, there is TINY small print right at the bottom of the page before checkout.

Edit*** just received an offer of money to delete my review. The answer is no, the bank has already refund my daughters card and people deserve to be warned rather than lose money to dishonest companies like this one.

Completely fraudulent company along with their other company "Jack club". Their t&c's state that you must be over 18 to use their website, yet when I called them for a refund after my 11 year old thought she was getting a free vegetable peeler, they refused to refund her money and were screaming down the phone. I have emailed the Danish authorities and police as well as nominet to inform them of the illegal activity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
