You are scamming company and you getting money from a mentaly unstable person with disabilities, every month for 5 months ..If you do not fully refund the £149.75 I will make a complain to the ombudsmen about your service and the fraud u doing on people ..

If I could give VAIVA a -minus 0 I would, what a thieving load of SCAMMERS they are. There is no way, I would have knowingly added myself to a £29-95 a month subscription as I'm disabled & on benefits, I emailed them to unscrubscribe & told them a few home truths & they insist that I would've had to tick a box which says I am subscribing. No way I would've done that, I also asked for my money back which they absolutely refused. I will be putting a warning on all my social media platforms. How they are allowed to do this is beyond me. I only found out by looking at my online banking & saw it a few times, when i looked it was 4 months worth, thats £120, thank goodness i saw it now & not months down the road.............................100% SCAMMERS.... 😠😠😡😡🤬🤬

I ordered a necklace that I really liked,but I wasn’t sure how genuine the company would be after seeing it on Facebook & reading the bad reviews,but as it came with a mystery box & it would all cost me under £7 I had nothing to loose.I received my necklace with the mystery box yesterday & while it was nice jewellery without including the necklace I ordered there was 4 other necklaces in there plus a watch.I think instead of 2 watches a ring could have been put in instead & instead of 4 necklaces a bracelet & a pair of earrings could have been put in so it mixes it up a bit.I cancelled my subscription today as I can’t afford to pay nearly £30 a month when I might not order things on a regular basis I got a confirmation email from them to say they have received my request to cancel my subscription so I feel this is a great company
