Very agreable process
I would say it was a very smooth experience and although I wish I wasn't in the situation that I needed the help; I'm glad I chose V5. Very friendly, helpful staff and a pleasure to deal with them.

Fantastic service and very helpful staff and the rep had driven all the way from Wakefield to Sunderland at 7 pm to come and see me.
Would recommend this service to anyone the money was in my account by 9 am the next morning after meeting with the rep.
