Shane, Neil and Aisling were extremely great to work with. Always went the extra mile and always willing to help out whenever I needed. They were absolutely brilliant, highly recommend them!!

A wonderful service overseen by two marvellous staff members Donna and Rachel who are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

They are quite helpful. Special thanks to Basak, she did a lot to address my issues and questions patiently. Also, facility wise, U Store It is quite well.

Great experience with U Store It in Liffey Valley. Staff, Luke in particular who was my key contact, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

I'm not sure that I ever thought that I'd be writing a review for a storage locker, but here we are.

A purpose-built, secure, clean and accessible location at a competitive rate was number table-stakes.

My reason for writing, however, is to do with how they (Donna and Rachel) run this business - highly professional, yet also personal and collaborative.

I was probably not the easiest tenant to deal with - moving overseas and trying to coordinate things remotely is never simple, but it was made a lot easier than it could have been. I always felt like I was dealing with an actual human which is an increasingly rare thing these days.

Always prompt with replies and consistently did what they promised without me having to chase - again - increasingly rare.

7 stars out of 5 - wouldn't even consider recommending somewhere else.

Had a unit for nearly 3 years that I've recently just finished up with. We cannot thank Gerard and all the team enough, from the very beginning everyone was so helpful in finding a unit to best suit us. The place is spotless and 110% safe, which is the main thing for us. We would absolutely highly recommend this storage company.

Brilliant service! I was just originally looking up quotes for storage units, and received a call from U Store It very quickly, and ran through all the things they offer. They were very helpful with going through everything with me, and will be looking forward to using their storage units in the coming weeks!

Luke from the Liffey Valley unit was a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time using a storage unit and he was so helpful in answering our questions and showing us around. The units were very clean - the whole building was. As it was our first month, we got a 50% discount which was a great surprise! Although I was expecting the unit to be bigger than it was, it did the job and fit what we needed into it. Would definitely recommend!

U Store it want to charge a daily rate for out of hours access.
Other businesses do not charge a daily rate where out of hours access is required on an ongoing basis.

Rachel has always been very professional and helpful in every aspect
It's a great place to store my personal belongings.
But would say the only downside for me is the opening times as I do shifts and not always able to get there but I can live with that as it's a very secure place.
