Called a week or two ago and got a recorded announcement from some forwarded number and left a message but got no response. Also emailed them through their site and still no response. I was going to order a few parts from their site, but after receiving no responses whatsoever I decided to check them out first, and I'm glad I did because based on what I read here they sound like scammers ripping people off. Their site also didn't recognize my city, which is not some unknown Podunk town somewhere, so it wouldn't tell me in advance what the shipping charges would be. That in itself seemed shifty, so from there I just canceled the entire sale and decided to shop elsewhere. I mean, right...I'm supposed to buy something without knowing how much they'll charge for shipping? Plus I couldn't even create an account on their site because it didn't send me the verification link. End result, I wouldn't advise ordering anything from this place because you'd likely be better off buying Mac parts from a crack house.

Total scammers, they take weeks to ship, don't respond to questions about your order, they will rip you off, sell you broken and filthy items, ignore you when you try to get product help, then when you try to get your money back, send you nasty emails from "Mike" who we know isn't really "Mike" if you catch my drift. The emails were riddled with bad grammar and insults. They sold me 2 items which on the website were listed as good but used and the photos showed nice clean products but what I got were items that were absolutely filthy, I'm talking, needed to be physically rinsed off, before I would even touch them. Nothing in the listing said they'd be broke or filthy or discolored. Totally inappropriate with how they treat you when you ask questions....steer clear. I ended up having to dispute the charges on my credit card because they wouldn't give me a refund and had the nerve to tell me if I want something new, go buy it from Apple. Pathetic that a business would behave in such a way. I'm building my vintage Mac collection and they were looking at hundreds if not thousands of dollars in potential business from me, but not now.

Was lowkey skeptical with all these bad reviews but orders a 20" iMac G4. Looks nearly brand new. They're based in LA and personally delivered it to me to avoid any damages in shipping. Cool and responsive guys.

I ordered a monitor listed at $230 with $80 shipping sounded to good to be true even for an old CRT 21" Apple Studio Display. Next day got a refund with sorry out of stock. Mike sales manager sent email stating they didn't updated monitors in a few month. Checked site and the upped the price on same item to $539. Not letting this fly contacting BBB as well as my attorney for false advertising.

I purchase a PowerMac G5 2.7 GHZ processor from them for $155 plus shipping only to receive a refund hours later from them stating it wasn't in stock. I rechecked the website and it's in stock but they jacked the price up to $255. STAY AWAY.

Solid. Got a 2018 mac mini and a specific G4 MDD and everything arrived per specifications. The Mac Mini was password protected on arrival but a simple restore took care of that issue.

The G4 came in the original box (although banged up) and the case was in immaculate condition which was pretty neat. Best prices I've found for used mac computers.

FYI the chat on the website doesn't work. However, I was able to get in touch with them using the toll-free number in the header. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Got Mac pro 2013 12 core. shipped fast and working unit.. nothing special but everything as described.

Bought Macbook air 13" 2015 from this site last month .it was grade A and cheap. surprised came with office software installed. so happy with this deal.it shipped fast also.

On a friend's recommendation, I purchased 2 used Macbook Pro 13 (2012) from UsedMac.com and I was very pleased with the speedy, polite, professional and friendly service.
Mike has always helped me, even after the sale.

Their prices are reasonable, the product is top quality and their service is the best!

I bought a 2006 iMac and waited 3 weeks for it to arrive. When it came in, I received a 2008 iMac, which is not what I ordered. I called the number on the website and spoke to a man who tried to convince me to keep the 2008 model. He then told me he would ship out the 2006 model on Friday (it was Monday) and after waiting 3 weeks, I was not really interested in waiting longer since I already had a bad taste in my mouth from the way things were handled. I asked him about the model I was in possession of currently and he told me he would send a label in the box of the correct model so I could send this one back, for some reason, I had a bad feeling about this. I paid through PayPal so I opened a PP case and have yet to have any responses from the site, I also emailed them and called them 2x since then to no avail. I had to ship back the computer and PP would only give me a $35 credit which meant I had to pay an extra $20 to ship the computer back on my own dime. This website should be shut down!

This business is not serious nor worthy of your time and money. I purchased item 661-3593 VIDEO CARD ATI RADEON 9650 256 MB DVI/DVI FOR POWER MAC G5 from them, and they shipped me a regular 9600 with 128 MB instead. To make matters worse, the board seems to have defective VRAM, as weird patterns appear in both 2D and 3D modes. I have tried reaching them by chat and email and I they have completely ignored me about this issue.

I bought my mackbook pro 2015 model that arrived super clean and I was surprised with many free office software install! I’m a college student and I recommended them with my friends and were all happy with their service. Especially since we have distance learning because of the pandemic. I definitely recommend here and super surprised.

I ordered and paid for a computer. Two weeks later the computer had still not shipped and absolutely no word from usedmac. Horrible business model. Be cautious and do not expect much (or anything) from this company.

They took my money and I never got my order. Simple as that. These people took over a week to even "ship" my order out, then, even though I paid for FedEx, it came up as USPS when shipping out. Then after a few days of not receiving the package after seeing the tracking said delivered, I email them asking what's up. No reply. Then, about a week later, I filed a claim with PayPal, and almost instantly they replied to PayPal and escalated it to a dispute, basically taking my money. Do not buy from them.

I made an order for 3 used Mac Minis on 1-25-19. After ten days, I had not seen my order processed or updated to include shipping information. When I contacted usedmac.com, I was told that the three computers were shipping on 2-4-19 and my order would be updated with the tracking number.

On 2-6-19 I still did not have a tracking number, and when I contacted usedmac.com, I was told the delay was because of hard drive upgrades that I did not request, but the order would ship that day and I would have a tracking number.

I did get a tracking number and when the order arrived, the box included only two Mac Minis, not the three that I ordered. I called usedmac.com and was told that the third Mac Mini was shipped separately and that the new tracking number would be updated on my order and the computer would arrive on 2-9-19. The order was never updated to include an additional tracking number and the computer was not delivered.

I have contacted usedmac.com to request a refund for the third Mac Mini that I paid for but was not delivered, and I have not heard back yet. Very frustrating, inaccurate information and inaccurate order processing from usedmac.com.

This idiots took my 350USD on a video card for my imac and i dident got the part, so i called and tried to catch them on the chat, they try to avoid me as much as possible i even needed to use a proxy server so they think i was from another country but they never intended to send me the part and instead kept the money to them selv.

I then chatted with them once more with proxy and changed my ip so they think I'm from another country and voila! i got through the chat immediately, so i chatted with this Rozi (before it was mike) and she/he called me rude because i got through with a false ip/id and i was told that they will not send me the part and that i can forget about it, i will send a claim to internet fraud organization with hope for protecting other consumers from those lowlifes.
STAY AWAY!!
