Very responsive service, saved us money and hassle!
We were not expecting to be able to sell our kitchen due to its particular layout and thought we would have to pay for its removal and it would have to go to landfill, and we would try to sell the appliances. Instead we referred to Used Kitchen Hub and managed to avoid the hassle and costs and make some money in the process.
The process was simple and easy, the removal is paid for and the team at Used Kitchen Hub were very responsive and helpful all the way through - which was reassuring and impressive. Very pleased with the service.

I’ve both sold and bought kitchens through Used Kitchen Hub, and the whole process was seamless. They were incredibly proactive from start to finish, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent, always super responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thank you so much for great service and no problems on the way. I was quoted to our kitchen 28k plus. As everyone understands it’s no much funds in the end of extension. So I thought if someone buys second hand car, should I buy second hand kitchen? I looked and found my favourite beauty straight away. Then I checked company house with company VAT number, then reviews. So we started the process and in 2 weeks kitchen arrived all well packed and carefully put in the corner for now. We found great kitchen fitter which assembled and designed as we wanted. Saved thousands of pounds and received great value for money. Wren kitchen 5 times cheaper. Can’t believe my eyes still. Looks like someone else’s home 😂 Thank you so much to put my mind in peace from day one. Now I am recommending to all my friends and clients this great company!

We had a great experience with UKH
We had a great experience with UKH. They helped sell our kitchen really quick and at a much higher price than we would have gotten selling it privately. The communication is consistent and concise and they’re always willing to help. The process felt very easy and smooth which helps so much. The removal men on the day were great. They arrived at 8am and were very polite . They left our kitchen clean and in a really good state. Would highly recommend UKH to anyone selling their kitchen.

Excellent Company to sell your kitchen
We would certainly recommend Used Kitchen Hub as their service was excellent from the very beginning to the dismantling of our kitchen.
All staff Simon, Alyson and Beverley were friendly, positive and efficient. They gave us confidence that the kitchen would sell within our time schedule and they were proved correct.
The companies crew Cyril, Nigel and Lionel who dismantled our kitchen were so careful working and respectful of our home. No damage to either the units or worktops.
To have a company who can manage the sale, deal with the monies and all the dismantling and delivery so efficiently is a perfect way of selling your used kitchen. A big thank you to all at Used Kitchen Hub.

The experience from start to finish was easy friendly and professional. Simon was very helpful explaining the entire process. The photographer was very good and the photographs were amazing. Beverly arranged an online viewing within a week and we sold the kitchen that day. The entire process flowed very smoothly and the dismantling team were amazing. Great service. The team were easy to deal with, friendly and professional. We sold our kitchen within a week and the entire process from photographer who was excellent through negotiation and the dismantling team who were amazing was very easy and the team were always there to answer questions. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others.

Buying a used Kitchen
I have just purchased a high quality kitchen from Used Kitchen Hub. The whole process from the initial contact to the dismantling of the kitchen was conducted in a very professional and friendly manner. My concerns around the dismantling process were completely ill-founded. Mark and his team dismantled this very complex kitchen in around 7 hours with no damage to any of the components. I would thoroughly recommend Used Kitchen Hub.

Kitchen was OK
Kitchen was OK, but many items damaged by dismantlers and despite encouraging noises, we have never received any compensation. Also - just our bad luck but the expensive hob broke very soon after installation. Minor thing but we never got some of the items like the oven shelves that were shown in the advert (which is still on their site but marked as sold). The dismantlers/transporters were very late which caused issues for us as the storage unit we booked closes at 8pm (they knew this well in advance and assured us it wouldn't be a problem but they went no contact on the day) Wouldn't use again.
Edited to add - don't be fooled by the apparent offer of assistance in the response - they are aware of and have acknowledged our issues - they could have helped us already but despite promises they didn't.

This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we deeply regret the stress this caused you. We’ve addressed this with the dismantling and transport company to ensure better communication and care in the future.
We are also now in the process of also setting up our own inhouse dismantling & delivery service to ensure a smoother experience.
