Our delivery team confirmed delivery on the 16th, and documented they were instructed (by a note on your door) to leave the parcel for you in a specific location. We have emailed you many times to and have tried calling you, as we would love to talk with you more about your situation and understand what has happened? However they got straight back to me and sent out more the next day. Such nice people amazing experience with such great prices will be ordering more.
