Absolutely recommend this company!

Absolutely recommend this company. My dad’s prized possession, (a 1963 VW Notchback) was left behind to me after taking his own life and I made it my mission to take care of it. They helped me safely deliver it to my family’s garage in another state taking along with it the dozens of car parts he had for the car at no extra cost. The driver Steve was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. Not to mention got it there within a few days! :)

They Made It Easy!

I was really impressed by their service. Easy to get a hold of, very easy to get questions answered and the booking process was simple. Needed to get my SUV shipped to Albuquerque for a real state project and they made sure it got there on time.

Whole staff was very customer friendly. The driver's name was Randy, he was super friendly and gave me a two hour heads up when he was arriving. He brought the car right to where I was staying and let me check everything out before I signed off on it. Vehicle arrived just as it left.

Everything I wanted

I needed to figure out how to ship a vintage Corvette to Florida that I had purchased at an auction a few states away. The auction house provided shipping but I felt like their rates were overpriced. Shipping obviously needed to be done carefully (especially with everything going on). I preferred it to be inside an enclosed vessel for the sake of the car. They were able to provide that with no problem. I wanted it shipped directly to my place and not have to pick it up from some storage facility. That was also no problem. Good pricing, good communication. It was super exciting watching them unload the vehicle right in front of my home. Not a scratch on it, thanks everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

And now they're trying to do damage control...LOL

And the idjits at Trustpilot are falling for it,

"It'll also help them verify that you’ve had a genuine experience with their business"

"so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email"

"and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience"

My review stands, I mentioned dates, names, location, heck, like I said, they knew me by name, I had four different people call me by name, they know exactly who I am. They're also trying the same thing on Yelp, who deleted my review because I left it to the entire company and not just one location, but the stupidity in both websites simply amazes me, here's what Yelp had to say,

"If you have firsthand experience as a customer of a business"

Um, do you know how to read?

I left a review on the BUSINESS page, that means, different locations but SAME BUSINESS, SAME PEOPLE. this amazing AB Auto Transport Corp Very reliable for shipping across the state. They just finished delivering my son's new Toyota Camry and he couldn't be happier. It was an early graduation gift and we wanted it to be a surprise. So the driver even went as far as timing the delivery for when our son was home. The car was picked up from the dealership was on schedule and the vehicle arrived safely! It only took to days to from Philly to Phoenix.

They will cancel on you last minute!

Ive written about my experience on other rating boards but since USA Auto Transport is a large company I'd like to share my experiences here too. Ultimately I cannot recommend this company.

The short version of my experience is that I signed paperwork with them in early May to ship my car in July from Virginia to Oregon. I was given a 3 day window (July 5th - July 7th). I was meant to fly out on Friday July 8th so the timing was very important to me.

On July 6th I was told that there would be no driver coming to get my car. I never got a true explanation. I asked if this was a time issue or a money issue and they could not tell me. With less than 48 hours noticed I was told by the person I was working with that I should find another company to ship my car (not very encouraging) or I would need to find a way to leave my car in Virginia for a future pickup date (not an option since I didnt know anyone in the area who could watch my car). Less than 48 hours to do something I planned almost 2 months ago.

In the end I had to go with another company at almost twice the price (over 3k vs the 1.8k that USA Auto Transport quoted me for) for a last minute delivery.

Please save yourself the headache of getting a last minute cancellation. You dont want to be packing your bags 2 night before your cross country flight only to have someone cancel on you last minute. If I book something almost 2 months in advance with a signed contract I expect to have services rendered on the agreed dates or else what is the point in agreeing to work with a company.

The only saving grace from this company is that their employees are kind, but at a certain point kindness cant compensate for a stressful experience.

My sales rep was jordan he was very nice and had very good customer service. We had a couple date push backs but my car was delivered ahead of time I guess (me not knowing when it will arrive) I was just happy it was here in one piece! It took 2 days after pick up(nyc to chi) I just wish I was kept in the loop luckily I was home.

100% confirmed bait and switch

100% confirmed bait and switch

This company has on multiple and separate occasions misled me about delivery timing

1) Lie # 1: When they tried to win my business and on the day they picked up my car they said 6-7 days for delivery

2) Lie # 2: When I saw my car wasn't moving from the pick-up city for 4 days (and ended up sitting 6 days, that's right 6 days in one place and I only knew bc I have a tracker on my car), I called to complain and was finally told that it would be 7-8 days, one day later than what I was told

3) Lie # 3: After pushing to have a supervisor call me back for days, I finally get a supervisor that tells me 8-9 days, so now two days later than what I was originally told, and when I complain that this is costing me hundreds of extra dollars in car rental fees I'm told to "stop throwing a tantrum"

4) Lie # 4: I'm texted on day 7 to tell me car is on the way and will be there by day 9 ... so no longer day 8-9 but now day 9

5) Lie # 5: I'm texted just now, on day 9, to tell me that they may be delayed another day ... the DAY OF! They tell me another day of delay. Like they couldn't have foreseen this better

This is no way to treat a customer, as if I have zero issues with my schedules, plans and reservations being whipsawed with something as critical as a vehicle ... I now have to pay outsized late fees, rearrange my schedule to account for rental car returns, cancel plans I had to meet friends just so i can receive my car on a different date

What a disaster of a company. This is not ok

Great service!!!

My first experience to ship my son’s car using USA Autotransport is great. It’s fast and reliable shipping company. Nick is very helpful from start until the end. The driver, Paul, is very careful from pick up to delivery. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Two Different BOL’s provided to use against me, Fraud.

USA auto Transport delivered damaged car to me. After I complained about the damages, the BOL picture was changed to trick me to think that the damage was already there.

Fortunately, all towing companies, use a third party system to upload official BOL. And the Official BOL did Not have those damages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to be fair with this review, but once you cross the line to change a legal document against me for a service I paid to you - Game on.

10 business days late on delivery of car and damaged rim without signing BOL (Bill of lading)

Used USA Auto transport to deliver an Audi from Texas to the east coast.

*Pick up window was not honored (delayed and not within pickup window)
*Transportation of car was not communicated with an approximate Estimated date of arrival. *Poor customer service
*Delivery of car was 10 business days late.
*** Wheel rim damage

Car was finally delivered, and no Bill of Lading provided. Now I personally have to contact insurance and file claim.

I would not recommend this company as they did not manage expectations or provided adequate information on status of car delivery.

They are brokers.

One thing they did on time was charge my credit card.

Very bad experience

USA Auto Transport is not a trucking company. They are broker. So there is no tracking, no accurate ETA. You will know when your car will be picked up or delivered 1 hours ahead. Throughout the process, they didn’t tell me when there were delays. Every time I called they told me car will be delivered “today” or “tomorrow”. Finally on the delivery date, which is about 10 days later than their estimate, an unknown number called me out of blue saying my car was outside. I ran down and saw a guy standing next to my car. I asked for bill of lading to sign but the driver doesn’t have it. There was a big scratch/dent on the wheel rims which were not there before. But I was not given the bill of lading to report the damage. I complained my damages through email and phone calls to USA Auto Transport. They said they will report to insurance company and asked for before/after pictures. They later on send me their copy of bill of lading (without my signature of course, PDF version) with multiple damages noted as “pick up damages”. Note this is after I told them what was damaged (wheel rims). The attached PDF version of bill of lading also had a link to a third party website (superdispatch.com), the link shows my actual online BOL which also has a picture to show pickup damages. The two pictures are DIFFERENT. The only differences are on the wheel rims. So they sent me a PDF report with many added damages that I already reported and was going to claim the damages were already there when the car was picked up. But they forgot to remove the link in the report which leads me to the actual online report. This is not ethical. I don’t think what they did is even legal. PS: you gave to go through all the troubles yourself to file for a claim with insurance company. USA Auto Transport is not gonna help you with anything.
