I have contacted them via email but…
I have contacted them via email but since they never answered (but they are fast when it comes to answering a bad review) I’m writing here again. So far I’ve just received 2 emails saying my order was delayed, with no further explanation or at least another approximated date of shipping. I’m wondering if they even have what I ordered in stock or they are just playing with my money… since I’ve used PayPal and they can only take the money from my account when the order is shipped… which they haven’t done of course. I can understand that things happen and they can be out of their control but them not actually answering me and just sending automated messages makes me wonder if I’m just being scammed…

Purchased in-stock item (4k disc) athat you did not actually have. Then you refuse to allow me to cancel the order so that I can purchase from another vendor.

Easy to use the site
I really appreciated how easy it was to navigate through the site. Very easy to search or browse different titles. I would like to see more films offered to purchase, especially hard to find cult film favorites, and more steelbooks and box sets.

Avoid avoid avoid
Purchased some items the end of November 2025, no updates when it would be dispatched after contacting them twice. Order says delivered, checked tracking and it’s not even at my address. Don’t know where it’s been delivered too and have still had no contact from them! Having to contact bank to get money back. Do not trust this site.
Update 01/01/2026 still no response after sending my order details! Absolute joke

Order delayed multiple times
Order delayed multiple times, customer service is no help. Their “cancel” order option does not work even though the order has been delayed to ship. Seems like you have to do a chargeback to get anything done which is my next route.
AVOID at all cost as any money saved using the site will be made up for by the time you spend trying to deal with getting a response from customer service on their website.
UPDATE: I have had to get PayPal involved as the response below was an attempt to look as if they are working on the issue. Still no response as of 12/30.
UPDATE 2: they never reached out and their trying to look like a customer service first business of a response has yielded nothing. They decided to ship the item early this morning after ignoring all of the inquiries to cancel since it’s been too long of a delay to ship, I now have to go through the tedious process of returning the item to them all because they would not answer a simple inquiry to begin with. Please avoid this company at all cost, I plan on filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the EU equivalency of it. This is just the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.
