Ordered not fulfilled 5 months later
I preordered a product in September to be fulfilled in mid October. A few weeks after I placed the preorder I received an email saying that the shipment would be delayed. Annoying, but not the end of the world as long as I receive the product eventually.
In November, weeks after the product was released, I reached out to check on the product and was assured it was coming.
This pattern of checking in and getting a "don't worry" response continued until January when they simply stopped responding and began marking my support ticket as closed.
I tweeted at Zavvi in late Jan and they called me from an unmarked number and asked for my bank information so they could refund the purchase.
I repeatedly told them I did not want to refund the purchase, but simply wanted my months-late product.
This issue is still on-going and I expect I will never receive my product
Edit: the reply from Zavvi below is completely fabricated. My order didn't arrive damaged. Nobody called me. We did not reach a resolution.
Avoid this company like the plague

Skeptical at first, but very happy with service
It took a while seeing as how I’m in the US and the item came from the UK, but in the end it was packaged properly and came in mint condition. Very happy with my purchase. I would buy from Zavvi again.
