Ujolly is a good and handy massage machine
Enter to the osim store at metrotown today and try out the Ujolly back and neck massage. I like the massage very much so that I purchase the product and enjoy the massage at home

OSIM uDivine V Massage Chair is a great product.
We bought a uDivine V Massage Chair from Charlotte at Del Amo shopping center a month ago because she was so nice. It turned out to be a great massage chair and we have been using everyday.

bad service bad quality
Bought the Predator Gaming Chair for +1000$ in 2021. Since then, had to replace part two times. Now, the issue is coming back and they want to make me pay for the parts?
Don’t buy. At the end of the day the chair does not justify the price. The massaging functions are OK at best, the quality is sub par to what you’d buy at a big big box store and service is slow and deceiving.

We’ve purchased a OSIM office+massage chair and it’s been a great experience using it. It’s great way to relax after the tiring office work, as the massage works well on your back and lower back. We get a 1 year warranty as well

Buying my first OSIM today...
After thorough evaluation in comparing with other companies, I placed an order today with OSIM.
I shall provide further reviews on after-sale support & product-usage over the next few years.
Even after 3 to 5 years of usage, I was told that I could trade in my today's purchase for a newer model.

OMG!! What a wonderful experience, the staff, their knowledge and of course their amazing whole body wellness products. I have been going for full body massages for my entire adult life and know how important it is for your overall wellbeing. And I was amazed to find a massage chair that actually feels like the real thing. And the OSIM representatives had great understanding of the products, they ask questions to get an understanding of your needs and issues are and listen to your answers. Friendly and welcoming, with no pressure. Five stars from the time we entered the store till the time we left.
