I ordered skincare products today. Products I use and like except for one, it is new to me, but it sounds exactly what I was planning to buy. I'm a fan of No7 products because they work for me. I purchased Lift & Luminate Triple serum, Pure Retinol and Eye cream formulated for seniors over 60 years old. I am 77 years old and virtually wrinkle free. The Eye cream is new but after my research this product contains the three products I wanted for my eye bags. Thank you No7. I'm a believer.

Very disappointed I didn’t get the free item when I bought 2. Also the lotion has a very bad smell to it.
I bought two and did not get one free item. The in face cream was spoiled because it really stinks. I can’t stand putting it on my face because of the smell of the lotion . I tried contacting your company several times and I get no results

This is the best mascara there is, and I've tried all of them. Long, dense, clump-free lashes, every time, and under $10 a tube when you use autoship. This is literally the only product I autoship. I never want to run out.
