Fantastic customer service
I placed an order, and one of the serums arrived damaged with a little hole in the tube which meant I couldnt use it without wasting loads everytime.
Contacted customer service through message on my account and they were very helpful and send me a replacement with no bother.
From sending my first message to receiving my replaced item took only 2 days which I am very impressed by.
Big shout out to Tracey, Taysia, Jamie and Jael who helped with my query.

Restore& Renew moisturizer & Lift and Luminate liquid makeup
I have used No.7 moisturizers and liquid makeup since it was Boots No.7 (I.e. for years and years). I love the lightness of both and how the Restore & Renew Serum moisturizer melts into my skin. The Lift and Luminate Face makeup is light as well and gives me a natural glow, doesn’t flake or sit in areas of light wrinkles. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm 73 and sometimes ordering other places a pain. Here it was simple. I love your products and they are affordable specially when you do the half off sales which I appreciate with the high cost of gas, food, insurance etc.

I was able to order the products I have…
I was able to order the products I have used for years quick and easy. The items are in stock unlike Walmarts website. There was a sale going on so I ordered months worth. Also the free gifts were a perk and a great way to try new products without having to pay for them.
