I always love my merchandise from boohoo(US) and today, I must say I am also pleased with their customer support. I sent an email this morning with a billing question for my order, and Lewis responded within the hour. Talk about a prompt response! His answer helped ease my worry and I was pleasantly surprised at the response time.

I’ve been a customer of Boohoo for about 4 years now. Recently I had an issue with an return I was able to reach out, though I had to do this twice. I was finally able to get some assistance. Connor & Natasha were great! Will continue to shop Boohoo.

Not sure if the incorrect home address was an error on my end (probably was) but my package couldnt reach me , and as a result was returned to sender but Haseeb quickly sent a new order, delivered express my way. Great customer service!

Customer service was amazing. They helped me figure out where my package went, and resent my order with rush delivery since I did not receive. This was probably the fastest response from a company yet and I really appreciate that they gave several different options on how to reach them.

Had some complications with my order which I Wass absolutely NOT pleased about (items unexpectedly got refunded before arriving...never got them). BUT Mohammad Hassan assisted me via twitter messenger and was a wonderful help!!!

THEY DO NOT PAY BACK!! I have given my IBAN and PayPal account with screenshots and they continue to say that these do not work. I´ve even given my friends!! It´s been 2 months and I still not receive the money back (25 EUR).

I had an item delivered and there were rip marks in on the bag when I got it. To my horror the item I specifically ordered for an event was one of the damaged items inside. Without ANY problems at all, I was able to talk to Siobhan from Boohoo.com and they refunded my money immediately. Not only do they make amazing fits, their customer service is TOP SHELF.

I love boohoo
I love boohoo! They're the only online company I can be certain their clothing will fit me. They have great sales all the time which is a plus. Also, their shipping is phenomenal! I have no idea how they ship things so fast. I get things within 4 or 5 days, and that's just their regular shipping! I already recommend them to all of my friends. I have had no issues whatsoever with boohoo. Love them!

*** I emailed the address you, a corporate office representative gave me in the "Better Business Bureau" complaint Carolynn and again I didn't receive any answer. I can't believe your company would send me to a non responsive email 4 times. All this for $20? Please just give me my money back as I've been told more than several times I'd receive it. I mean, what cmpany states they'll give a customer their money back 4 times and has the brazenness to knowingly give them email addresses for further refund instructions they refuse to answer. This used to be my favorite store to shop, but this new Nasty Gal under Boo Hoo has customer service that is just shameful.
