I recently had to edit my address for an order and was scared it couldn’t be changed. I chatted with Samantha and she was super helpful and was able to fix the problem super fast!! I really appreciated it and it was great quick service

My overall experience with Boohoo is excellent. Shipments usually arrive before their due dates. On the few occasions where delivery is off(booking near holidays) I shoot them a text and I always received a prompt feedback. I'm a repeat customer and the quality of clothing are always great given that I am purchasing online. Thank you Emily G, Nafeesa and Matt!

Colette from customer service was amazing. My package got lost and even though the carrier said it was delivered, I never received it. It could have possibly been stolen. I emailed back and fourth a few times and answered some questions from Colette. She had my back and gave me a refund. Thank you so much Boohoo! Will be purchasing from them again!

I ordered on Aug7 , On the 11 of Sept I consulted them , they assured me that if I still haven't received my order by 26Sept I will be given a refund, they told me they are still investigating the courier company that was supposed to deliver my package. At the time I was talking to Hasseb.I consulted them again on the 28Sept, and Nadiyah Khanom told me the same story, to wait till 7Oct if I haven't received my order by that time I'll get a refund instantly. Today is 8Oct , the website banned me from talking to Layla, I don't know if its a technical issue or they are doing it on purpose

Keep in mind this review is mainly about the customer service! I placed a large order that got split into two and it seemed slightly delayed but with COVID I still think it was a good amount of time. It probably came in 2 and a half weeks, everything came how I ordered, I just personally needed to return a lot of it because I ordered the wrong size in some shorts for example (I'm keeping the ones I ordered in the right size!). A few items were a little see through as well, but were definitely wearable. But I am here to praise PAT!!! I reached out because I wanted to make sure I was making the return correctly and he emailed back and forth with me through the night (2am US time) until he was able to figure it out and find my return package. Pat was incredible! Stay safe everyone!

Considering the super cheap prices, I'm actually pretty happy. I tried to keep low expectations and they at least exceeded those.

Ordering from the US, my shipment arrived pretty quickly and no mistakes with the order.

I ordered a handful of jumpsuits and a couple dresses. All in all, I'd say true to size. I'm a US women's size 6 and everything fit pretty spot on. One of the jumpsuits was short in the torso, but otherwise sizing is good.

In terms of quality - well, you get what you pay for. I mean I got jumpsuits for $15 so.... The material is definitely thin on almost all the items.

My best advice, go for it but bear in mind, you will need invisible undergarments. If you are overweight or embarrassed of your lumps and bumps, maybe go ahead a take a pass on anything fitted. These clothes won't hide anything.

I had placed an order on August 7th and got tracking email a day later but when my expected delivery date passed I checked the tracking and it was still in pending. I had got in contact with customer support and Amaarah had helped me, I had been given the option to have my order resent, since my parcels were lost through the carrier, or have a full refund for my order. I opted for the refund since I needed my order for a certain day which had passed although I do wish I gotten my items because they have great items but I’m grateful for the service I got from Amaarah because it was fast and easy.

I ordered a package on August 7th... it is now August 19th and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted many people from Boohoo “customer service” who have (in many words) said just wait on it, despite the fact I paid for Express Shipping. Today a lady by the name of Stacey refunded me for some of the shipping cost. I really appreciate that because she is the first one to actually provide CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you live in the US, I hope that you are fully aware that your package will not come on time (despite how much you pay for shipping.) Again, I appreciate what Stacey has done for me, but I will never order from Boohoo ever again.

Super friendly and quick response about my boot inquiry from Lucy! Nice to know real people are answering emails and not just bots. Very encouraging to know if I had a real issue with an order hopefully someone like Lucy will respond! :)

I only order once and it was a let down i return the whole order. everything was way too big. Many of the tops were as thin as they come. talk about nipple city. They dont have a customer service number which i dont like, but it was fairly quick shipping and during these times, that a plus. but the sizing chart is all over the place. I just wont waste anymore time with them again and will stick with what I know.

will add a star if they rush my refund.

My items arrived in a torn bag and one of the shirts was stretched and stained. Sent them an email and Nagina reached out within a day! After sending pictures, I was refunded for the shirt - the process could not have been easier. Very grateful for the support squad.

It’s officially been 1 month and still no package delivered. I’ve been denied a refund from Boohoo and it’s ridiculous at this point.

I have been in touch with FedEx regularly, and they’ve said that Boohoo has still failed to provide them with the requested information.

While I understand the current situation in the world, I think that Boohoo should consider shutting down operations if they are not able to effectively and efficiently operate their business. Their unwillingness to do so is making for a very tainted relationship with customers once this is all over; I’m definitely one of them.

Georgie, Nicole, Michelle: If you are unable to fix my issue, please don’t bother replying. I don’t care to waste my time providing all of my info, just to be given the same generic response.

I reached out regarding some faulty items (torn pocket on joggers and a belt missing from a jacket). I was directed to Lindsay who provided quick response and good suggestions for resolution of my issues. The joggers were fully refunded and the jacket was refunded 50% and I am trying to find a similar matching belt to complete the item. Thanks guys :)

Bought a coat a few month ago, on recieving this the zip was broke, have emailed them and still no responce, very disapointing as i order of this site alot.
