What an amazing product. I bought a water urn for my Mum. It was in her favourite colour. We hired a boat and headed out. When the urn was placed in the water it floated briefly and then a couple of bubbles and away. Much nicer then the ashes being poured in (from previous experience). Added bonus is the geo code to link Mums exact location on the website. Wonderful idea.

Lovely Urn and great customer service. The only thing I will say is that it was recommended that we put the ashes into a bag before putting into the Urn but the hole and design of the Urn (which is The Passage) made that impossible. So we had to carefully tip the ashes in before sealing it closed.
The Urn itself took around 3 weeks to arrive from ordering and came very well packaged. It’s really stunning. I ordered the cream colour and it’s really lovely.
I would highly recommend The Passage Urn but please be prepared to put the ashes straight into the Urn.

The product, the delivery, everything was perfect. I’m so pleased with my beautiful piece of artwork but it’s oh so much more. Thank urns for angels.

I am so very pleased with my blue and pink metal hearts. They were just what I was looking for. After ringing with lots of questions, which were answered professionally and patiently, I was happy to order and the keepsakes arrived in time for my dad's ashes internment. My order arrived safely within the time given. The urn was very well wrapped to prevent damage in transit and there was a set of clear instructions in the box. The urn (The Passage)looks amazing in my lounge and I love the tea light feature which gives a lovely warm glow. The item is such that it definitely isn’t obvious what is inside. That is comforting as I feel caskets are so obvious and painful to look at and visitors to my home don’t need the reminder of my boys tragic death.

I recently purchased "The Passage Adult Cremation Urn" for my daughter. It was only a week in from the date I purchased this. I messaged Urns for Angels and received a response with an hour. I asked what the status of my order was and was told it could take a few more days. Which was fair as it states on the website that it can take up to two weeks to complete the order. I said that my daughters ashes were returned quicker than expected and was just checking on the date it may be expected. After that conversation I received a reply from Paul saying they would do their best to try to speed up my order. Two days later I received the Urn. It is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more. Paul and the rest of the team are amazing, I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Urns for Angels, you will not be disappointed by the quality of the products, the service and the great communication. A massive thank you to Paul and the team.

Had ordered out a large Urn for burial at sea for a ceremony for my parents on their 75th wedding anniversary. Initially it appeared it would make it in time for the ceremony. I had to follow up to determine if indeed it had been shipped. I was apologetically told it couldn't be fulfilled from their UK office but they would see if it could from their US office. I had to follow up on that, only to find out it couldn't be fulfilled in time.

Regardless though, the person I spoke with was apologetic and as helpful as they could be. In the end, it all worked out ok.

The urn we ordered was exactly what the picture looked like. It was so perfect for our baby girl who passed. We bought the gold ceramic Butterfly urn, and I love how it doesn’t look like a typical, obvious urn. It is beautiful to look at and we will cherish it forever!!

The urn was delivered very well packaged and arrived in one piece. It is lovely, and our son is now with us until we go.

I have lost a very precious man, he was my husband for 56years. I looked for a special urn to hold his ashes, one that family and friends could feel him near.
