We are a family run business, providing handcrafted, designer Cremation Urns and Ashes Jewellery to help families find the ideal tribute to their loved one's memory.
We have been assisting families for over three years now and have started collecting reviews on Trustpilot in 2022.

Items arrived and look as advertised. I like the look of them and the idea of keeping a small piece of my deceased loved one close by. I do think they are a tad over priced given they are made of leather and stainless steel which are not expensive materials. But all in all I am happy with the purchase.

Delivery was on time and the urn was very well made. It looks exactly like the picture of the advertisement . The only problem was the sealant provided was not up to the job in my opinion.

The aesthetics and quality of the urn were lovely. The caring service and speed of delivery were exceptional. I called Urns For Angels and asked for the delivery to be expedited, it was ordered on the Tuesday and arrived with us on Friday.

My experience has been terrible why take someone’s money when the guy that makes the urns and does the engraving was off on holiday for six weeks this was not told to me at all till later down the line I sent messages after messages still not received the urn by the way was meant to have finally received it Monday gone and today is Thursday Royal Mail are still waiting for the package to reach them, I needed it before Monday the 8th of September this was promised to me as the ashes are going to Thailand. My messages are no longer getting a reply. Do not use this company I don’t know how they have good reviews. This is very upsetting after a very emotional time for us all I have now got to put my brothers ashes in to a box of some kind until this urn arrives if they were not able to make it this should of been explained I have received a £4 postage fee as compensation it must be there way of saying sorry how they think that would make up for all the stress this has caused is beyond me they have not called me at all it’s been me messaging them disgraceful company. I have sent them five messages today clearly asking when I will receive it no response as usual i can’t begin to say how unprofessional and bad this company is i am sending out a warning to anyone who wishes to use them to please think twice as i wouldn’t want you to go through what me and my family have with them.

I have received the urn today however I still stand by my review, I sent numerous emails that were not replied too. You told me well into the order that there was going to be a delay I sent numerous emails stating why wasn’t I informed from the start this person was having that long of a holiday and it was going to be that much of a set back I stated I would never of placed the order if I had known did I not? I also stated this should of been informed on the order form before people pay money that the person doing the engraving was going to take such a long break that there was going to be delays it was not. You told me about the delays and I was then stuck it was to late for me to do anything else it was only when I sent an email about cancellation that you refunded me 4 pound which I had to email you about as it just appeared in my bank account. Your communication has been appalling. You should have been phoning me apologising for the delay not me sending multiple emails and then you telling me oh he is on holiday for six weeks. I never asked for any compensation all I wanted was to have an update on a delivery date and make sure that the urn was going to arrive on time. Yes it arrived before the 8th which to you is satisfactory service this has been nothing but stress I got an email of you after I had wrote a review but you were ignoring all my other messages. Your very quick to message me after you got a bad review wanting me to state I have received it but not taking accountability for the stress that it has caused getting to this point. An apology and communication along the way and answering back emails would of been a lot better than a £4 refund

You kindly approved the engraving, and at that stage we explained that the specialist engraver was on holiday, which added some weeks to the usual lead time. We also refunded your delivery fee as a goodwill gesture for the delay.
Your urn was dispatched and is due to arrive tomorrow, in time for the date you told us was important. We appreciate your patience and regret that the process has not felt smooth from your side. Our goal is always to support families with care and transparency, and we are sorry we fell short of your expectations here.

We’re relieved your urn arrived safely and before the date you told us was important. We’re very sorry that the process caused you stress.
For clarity: when we sent you the engraving preview shortly after your order, we explained that the engraver was on holiday and that this would extend the timescale. At that stage we offered you the option of a full refund if the delay wasn’t suitable. We also later offered cancellation or removal of the engraving to speed things up, and refunded your delivery fee as a goodwill gesture.
During the order we did try to call you directly but couldn’t get through; however, I was able to speak with your companion on the phone three times to provide updates. We also replied to your emails, though at times several came through in quick succession before we had the chance to respond.
As a small, independent family business, our goal is always to support families at difficult times with honesty and care. We’ll take your feedback on board to keep improving how we communicate delays in future.
Ocean Blue Modern Urn - A fitting tribute to my lost love
Ordering process very easy and subsequent updates re progress of my order very much appreciated - the Ocean Blue Modern Urn is so appropriate for my late wife's ashes and the direct messages from Paul Levy were unexpected and very much appreciated as was Paul ensuring that the Urn was safely received well before my requested date.
This is a great Company to deal with at what is such a difficult time when mourning the loss of that very special person in your life.
The Urn I ordered is a beautiful shape and mix of colours, we live by the sea on the South Coast of England and the colour is so reminiscent of the colours that we saw together so many times and will be the perfect memory for me each time that I look at the Urn.
You will not be disappointed should you choose to order one for your special love.
