La mia esperienza con UR NEST risale a fine 2023 — quindi leggermente oltre il limite dei 12 mesi previsto da Trustpilot — ma ritengo comunque importante condividerla per la gravità dei fatti e la gestione ricevuta. Esperienza estremamente negativa con UR NEST.
Ho affittato un appartamento a Bologna per alcuni mesi, ma sono stato costretto a lasciarlo dopo due giorni a causa di un’infestazione da cimici dei letti.
Non mi è stata offerta una soluzione alternativa immediata e la gestione della situazione è stata totalmente insoddisfacente.
Questo episodio, oltre a essere molto stressante, mi ha costretto a cambiare radicalmente i miei piani.
Ho documentato l’intera vicenda e, a distanza di tempo, non ho mai ricevuto scuse.
Condivido questa esperienza affinché altri possano farsi un’idea completa della gestione e del livello di assistenza offerti.

Extremely negative experience with UR NEST.
I rented an apartment in Bologna for several months, but I was forced to leave after just two days because of a bed bug infestation.
No immediate alternative accommodation was offered, and the handling of the situation was completely unsatisfactory.
This episode, in addition to being very stressful, forced me to radically change my plans.
I documented the entire incident and, even after a long time, I have never received an apology.
I’m sharing this experience so that others can have a clear understanding of how issues are managed and of the level of assistance provided.
