It was the fact that the individual driver was so good. He called me up twice (I missed the first call as was cycling home) the night before to make sure we'd put it all outside (as we said we would). He was wonderful. He had cleared out everything by the time I woke up. Absolute super star.

Horrible first experience. Driver arrived 4hrs after scheduled time. Company only contacted me once to let me know driver was in traffic with no further updates! Each time I chased to find out how far driver was they told me they didn't know... on plus side the driver was lovely.

I asked a few quotations to remove green waste from my garden. I chose Urbin as they had a good price and were able to collect quickly. All went well and I can start planning my garden refurb. They came when promised and were quick to remove the waste.

This is my second Time of using Urbin to get rid of waste. Both Times it has been the easier experience ever, and the team at Urbin are fantastic when it comes to sorting out hard to get rid of waste and efficient too, especially when you live in Central London and aren't able to drive to drop off waste at the local recycling centre.

This second time, I booked in the collection at 9:30am in less than 4 hours I had a clear room of excess cardboard from moving and getting furniture delivered, and don't have to hassle with cutting and packing the cardboard into smaller bits for the local council to collect next week which is a massive win and no issues about worrying about fly-tipping cowboys.

Came on time, No fuss, no hassle, removed goods quickly and friendly.

Nick was very helpful and friendly and turned around the pick up of a load of moving in cardboard in very short order (<5 mins) on a double parked residential street. Would book Urbin again for waste packing removal.
