The driver came alone and although the oven was too large and heavy he came up with a plan and succeeded in getting it out of the house. Very nice man.

Fantastic Company and Amazing Customer Service
An amazing experience with Urbin. Charlotte was on email instantly even after hours. I needed a quick removal of a mattress and she sorted it within a day and within a time frame that suited my tenants.
The driver informed my tenant when he was going to arrive, it was all quick and easy and I could pay once the driver had picked up the mattress.
I was super impressed with this service and company and really appreciate such good customer service.
