Having placed an order , the communication was first class . Unfortunately after receiving my sunglasses I had to return them due to being too big for my face. The return process was quick and the communication was even quicker. I received excellent communication throughout on WhatsApp. I will definitely will be buying again.

Excellent customer service
After an unpromising start where I received my sunglasses in the wrong case, the customer service was superb! Very quick to communicate and take remedial action quite possibly the best customer service Ive ever had from an online retailer.
