every single sitter I hired through UrbanSitter simply blew me away - they were all educated, energetic , professional and eager to take care of my son and keep him happy while I was away. No one was ever late or had a less than perfect attitude . I was able to find a great sitter within just a couple of hours in an emergency situation once. I've had such a positive experience using Urban Sitter. From a planned date night to a very last minute schedule change, one of these great girls has swooped in and saved the day. My kids have loved everyone we've had so far. Every sitter has been sweet, professional and great w my little ones. I can't recommend them enough!

Urbansitter has become my go to for booking babysitters and childcare. I have always been thrilled with the sitters I have booked from the site, and I appreciate the fact that I can select sitters whom my friends have used - it helps me feel much more comfortable. I also appreciate the ease of use - I can schedule a babysitter while I am participating in a conference call (not that I ever would of course!).

As a single parent, I have relied on Urbansitter since my 20 month old was born. Now that I am back at work, I use the service nearly every day. The online features are easy to navigate and my regular sitters appear on the main screen when I log in for easy access. I really like that there are multiple options for finding a sitter: I can book one of my regular sitters who shows availability on a given day, book a back-up sitter to ensure that I have coverage, or post a job and select a sitter from a group. With Urbansitter I have the peace of mind knowing that I can always find a sitter, even if it is last minute. I have also been pleased with the quality of the sitters that I have found on Urbansitter. While you definitely need to do your due diligence as a responsible parent, I have found the Urbansitters to be warm, engaging to my active toddler, and generally just nice people who really like kids. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Urbansitter.

urbansitter has been an amazing resource for my family and has consistently provided us with wonderful and capable babysitters to watch our 3 children. it's very user friendly and i love that i am able to read reviews and find out which of my friends have also used sitters. urbansitter takes the stress out of hiring a new sitter.

I love Urbansitter. I had never left my child with anyone except my family so I was nervous at first but I have used Urbansitter 5 times now and really love it! It has allowed me to have a little more freedom in getting my errands done! It's so easy to use and you do the payment through the website so you don't have to worry about getting cash.

I have been a parent user of Urbansitter since Sept 2012 and it has truly been a great way to connect with local sitters and read honest parent reviews/feedback for babysitters. My favorite feature of the site is that once I choose all my affiliations/schools, etc. and see which parents from those organizations have hired sitters and read their sitter recommendations/feedback. I can also send multiple sitter requests to handpicked sitters for a booking and once one of those sitters accepts my job, the other sitters are notified, so I don't have to spend time on the phone calling sitters and wait for call backs. It reduces an incredible amount of stress for me. Also, I have found the most wonderful sitters through this site and have a great list of go-to sitters when I need one. Also, once you hire a sitter you don't have to pay a fee to use them again; no membership fee is required to continue booking them. I wish more parents would give Urbansitter a try, it truly makes my life so much easier so I tell my friends about it all the time. Thumbs up!

UrbanSitter has made my life so much easier. I can now hire a sitter at the touch of a button. The sitters are all top quality. I love that I can see who my friends have hired. Being able to pay with a credit card just makes it that much better.

As a first time mom I was super hesitant on trying out any babysitters, but having the video bios on the site was one way of making me feel so much better about it, I did a working interview where I stayed in the house with the sitter, so I could really get a feel of how she interacted with my child. The site was so easy to use and everything was online. I will use this again in the near future and tell all my friends about it too.

I highly recommend UrbanSitter! From the convenience of booking at home at your desk, or through their app on the go, they make it simple to get the help you need when planning those date nights or needing a liast minute sitter! So nice to be able to see who your Facebook friends have used through their sysytem, or to use their filters and find that right sitter to fit your needs. Also love that the sitters get to keep all of their pay!

A year ago a friend of ours offered us a code for a free trial of UrbanSitter, and now we use the site all the time! We have some regular sitters now that we found through the site, but we also post last minute jobs sometimes and always end up with great sitters for any night we want to go out! Also, they are very clear about how billing works, and they always confirm with you before they bill your card, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend the site!
