Guys report them to trading standards through citizens advice or directly. I have done for with holding my refund and breaching their obligations under legislation. Citizens advice have done it for me... Leggi di più
They do not answer emails even when they give you ticket number. Still waiting for my refund. Dont bother ordering from here, everything takes too long.

Dreadful customer service. It took six weeks to get my refund and that only happened because PayPal got involved.

If I could give no stars I would ! Terrible customer service ! Took nearly a month to get my money back ! I ended up having to get PayPal involved to help me get my refund . They ignored all communication emails and messages! I’m surprised people still buy from them . The worst experience and I’d never shop with this company again.

Horrible customer service experience. Do not buy from them! I asked them to change my delivery address and they didn’t respond till a week later…my item went to the wrong address

Like others have said, extremely poor refund service. Item returned 22nd December but no acknowledgement of receipt , no refund and no response to correspondence. Unable to locate a telephone number for the company. Very poor customer experience so would not purchase from this company again.

I returned a order in November debenhams have declined my refund told me to get intouch with urban bliss so I did had no feedback back from them don't buy from them you don't get refunds that make making a fortune of us

As other people have reported, I too returned an item as the quality was very poor (it was a jumper). Returned it mid December 2025, I have emailed them to which I got reply of them having a backlog. Since this reply I have emailed them again and they are now ignoring me too. They must be making a fortune out of these returned items. Avoid! Extremely poor quality clothing and returns service.

I returned two coates from this companies website , they were delivered to them on 22nd December .I have e mailed them and had an e mail back saying they are ploughing through returns but still no refund it’s now 15 th Jan and still no refund and the are not responding now either . I would not purchase from this company again . I am not giving up on my refund !

Terrible return process. Link contained within package or QR doesn’t work. Luckily I purchased through Matalan who helped me far more and provided a link to return to urban bliss. Sent item back, sent them receipt and proof of delivery and just didn’t respond except refund processed within 14 days. Emailed multiple times and tried to start a chat, staggered responses none of which helped. Ended up complaining to matalan who sorted it within 24 hours. I wouldn’t purchase again
Not even worth one star. I returned an item on 29th October. They received it 30th. I have had to pay £66 for my Klarna because it’s took them too long to refund me. Still haven’t had any update other than my tracking of the parcel telling me urban bliss have the item. Nothing from them themselves!! Ordered through Debenhams! I can’t believe either of them think this is acceptable. I have messaged Debenhams 4 times on messenger and email. Also contacted urban bliss through Facebook, Instagram and email. I will not be using either of these company again. Absolutely shocking. When or if you’d like to refund me my money it would be lovely as I have food I need to put on the table and petrol in my car so I can go work. Thanks

Returned item as it was to big took ages to receive returns label. They then emailed me saying my refund has been approved that was over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. And no reply when I've tried emailing them.
I am trying to return stuff and keep receiving automated replies that return request under review. I can’t understand what they are trying to review as items are bought directly from their website. Absolutely shocking customer service. I would avoid this company in future. This is the message I received from them “ Please note this is a manual check so there may be delays at evenings and on weekends. Your return will still be accepted if it is requested within the return window, even if at the point it is accepted it has fallen outside of the returns window.” I have seen so many reviews and all of them are really poor. Can someone please advise me that what is the return process with this company, to me it seems like a big secret or a mystery to return items. Please someone help
Returned items and the carrier shows as delivered to them over 2 weeks ago, yet no email confirmation or refund given yet. Have reached out several times, had one response and then nothing. Doubt I will see that £50 refunded any time soon if ever. Will not go near this company again, awful service.
They have received my returned items but have not refunded me and now are completely ignoring my emails and attempts to contact them.

Update…. Refund has now been made, my return hadn’t been scanned in when received at their warehouse. Thanks to Lauren now resolved.
Returned several items due to ordering 2 sizes to see what size would fit. Return was received back at their warehouse 4th April and still havent received refund of £145. This should have been received by 18th April. Now getting no response to my emails after being confirmed it would be received by 18th. This is now 23rd April. Tried the chat on website and keep being told 14 days after return received.
Received my outfit and it was too small so returned it. Haven't received a refund yet. Will not order from them again.
It's now been 18 days and they are ignoring all my emails and chat messages. Never had such a bad online shopping experience.
