Quality products and service
This is my third or fourth purchase. Made a small order for beard oil, beard balm and a candle. It arrived a couple of days later. The products are quality and the scents are lovely. That's why I go back to Urban Ivy.
And it's great to support a small business!

Lack of smell
Bought same wax melts several times and the scent always filled the room. Most recent order, barely a scent from them. Contacted customer services about it and no response.

Sorry to hear this gillian, I didn't get your first response, I may have overlooked it or it didn't come through to us. Were they posted out to you or did you purchase in shop? I haven't changed any of my fragrance, concentration wise so not sure what has happened. Im very happy to replace all that you purchased from us , in case there was something different with the fragrance. Or if you would like a refund, I can do that as well. Sorry once again, let me know what you would like to do,
Thanks bob
