15+ days and still no order. Zero updates, zero accountability. Your customer service is nonexistent, your delivery is a joke, and honestly the whole experience feels like a scam. If you can’t handle orders, stop taking them. This is beyond disappointing.

I had placed an order from "Uptownie" IT is a clothes brand. They took prepaid amount but never delivered. Upon regular updates from them they say they cannt cancel and refund as the order is sent for processing, But its been more than 60 days and the goods have not been delivered. they fail to give me an update as to when they will deliver. Their website clearly mentions it will be done in 3-8 business days. I believe this to be a fraud

Hello, I placed an order on 14th March and it has still not been delivered. The delay itself is concerning, but what’s even more disappointing is the lack of any meaningful response from Uptownie.
Despite multiple attempts to contact them through WhatsApp and email, I keep receiving repetitive automated replies with no actual update or resolution. There has been no progress on delivery, and they are also not assisting with cancellation. Additionally, the customer care number provided on their website is not reachable.
As a customer, this experience feels extremely frustrating and unfair. It’s hard to understand how a brand that promotes itself so actively on social media fails to handle basic order fulfillment and customer support. This has been a very poor experience overall.

I have placed an order on 27th Feb and they have not yet shipped the products. There is no positive response either on WhatsApp or on email. They are not even giving refunds. Is it a scam ? Should we go to consumer court?

Hi, I had placed an order on 8th March and that’s yet to be delivered (40 days since order placed) and also there is no genuine response from uptownie on the delay. Every time when I reach out to them on WhatsApp and mail, they send the same automated response. They are neither cancelling or delivering the order. The Customer care mentioned on website doesn’t work. As a customer we feel that we are getting cheated. They advertise heavily on social media, what is the point of so much advertising if you don’t have bandwidth to fulfill the orders or atleast having a customer care team to resolve the issues. This is the worst service I have experienced from a D2C brand.

I have earlier ordered from uptownie it was very much delayed but I got the parcel..I thought because of new year it was delayed.. I was very happy about the product so I ordered again.. it's been 45 days I hav not got my order placed.. customer care number no one answers.. even email are unanswered if they can't keep up with production n delivery it will be soon closed.. there should be someone answerable..

#670425 This is extremely unprofessional. Running a business where customer’s money is taken but products are not delivered is both unacceptable and unethical. Instead of addressing genuine complaints, blocking customers on Instagram only reflects a lack of accountability and transparency.
I haven’t received the package, and I was neither issued a refund nor provided any store credit. No response to calls, and just automated replies to emails.
Uptownie appears to be engaging in fraudulent practices. There are many dissatisfied customers facing similar issues. It has been almost 40 days since my order was placed, and my package has still not been delivered. Additionally, my comments are being deleted instead of being addressed.

I placed a prepaid order a month ago & I haven’t received it yet, nor do I have any information about when or ‘if’ I will ever get it. There is no customer care response, no way to get a refund.
My Reply as of 14 April: What is the point of answering here & giving a number for me to contact you, when no one bothers to reply on that number. You claim you don’t refund if the order is under processing… well, it’s been more than a month since it’s “under processing” — how much time do you need??? Please refund my money.

I has placed my order on 13th Feb, Its more than 45 days and I have not received update on my order, It was a prepaid order. Their customer service is pathetic, Nobody picks the helpline number. They dont even have a proper team to respond and answer customer's queries. It was a bad decision to order and pay in advance. Money got wasted.
