Great communication from start to finish, very pleasant and a great product at a great price.

An excellent store with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. From ordering to delivery everything went like clock work and I was kept in the loop all the way. I even got emails after the delivery to check everything was working and the set up went ok. Honestly what more can you ask for, I very rarely write reviews but these guys really do deserve one. If I ever need anything else I will defiantly look them up.

Ordered my rig the other day. Had an email from the director Jonathan who told me that one of his suppliers sent in an out-of-date stock sheet and one of my items ordered was actually out of stock. He was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me and the one I picked out was an extra £25, which he happily covered the cost of due to the inconvenience, even though I was more than willing to pay the extra fee. I will definitely be using the company again for any future purposes, thanks guys!

Jonathan was attentive with the web chat and the subsequent email regarding the setup of the product before I placed the order with him. He couldn’t do enough on the Friday mid-morning to help expedite the product for a Saturday delivery. All arrived well packaged and in time for a Saturday afternoon sim flying session.

We Bought the Sim_lab P1 x for my son and it is a great bit of kit.
Jonathan at Upshift was a great help during the order process and the after sales at Upshift has being first class with any questions.
I would recommend Upshift to anyone who is interested in these products.

after speaking with jonathon, he knew exactly what my needs were and was quick on the ball and got them ordered for me. I cannot recommend this company enough there is nothing they will not do to try and get you what you need and at a reasonable cost too. anything i need from now on my first call will be to upshift store. be sure to give them a call and see what they can do for you

honestly couldnt ask for a better buying experience. ended up having a very long chat with Jonny who helped me go in the right direction with my Racing Sim. delivery was earlier than expected and he kept me up to date threw the whole process. if youre looking to buy or even looking to get some help then give Jonny a shout
