Great customer service and easy to get a hold of if needed. They are quick to answer any questions and get you the information that you need to make an informed purchase. Had an issue with shipping that was no fault from the Upshift Store, but they went out of their way to to get it taken care of for me. I recommend them 100%.

One of the Best company’s I have had to deal with placed my order on a Sunday and there was always staff online to discuss different options for my sim racing rig placed the order and received sooner then expected, Jon was great with email updates as to when everything would turn up. Bought Simlab GT1 Evo chassis from Johnny at Upshiftstore. Couldn't have been more helpful. Went through all the options available and gave great advice on setup. Kept me posted on the progress on the order.

Right from the start I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I had done some searching online and came across Sim-Lab products. I started to search UK stockists of Sim-Lab products. I found Upshift and got in touch with Jonny.

Jonny was extremely helpful with all the advice he provided. I settled on the Sim-Lab P1-X and many accessories. I placed the order and all the way through from getting the quote to delivery Jonny was very helpful. I received updates on my order on a regular basis and the order turned up a day earlier than expected.

Nothing was too much to ask, every question I asked was answered in a very detailed way. I can honestly say Upshift UK have provided the best online experience I have had.

The value of proper customer service.
Fairly significant issues arose during my purchase, which in fairness stemmed from the manufacturer rather than Upshift. But the retailer has to face the music. We all make mistakes and it is how we deal with them which ultimately reflects upon us. What could potentially have been a very frustrating and protracted process was remarkably turned into a rapidly resolved and pleasurable one by proper customer service from Upshift. Jonathan was accessible, responsive, had a great attitude and was quite determined not lose credibility with me as a customer. He succeeded and I would most certainly do business with him again.
