Shocking, no customer service whatsoever - no responses to numerous emails and nothing but a pitcure of items awaiting to ship in the shopify site.
Avoid at all costs!!
If the items arrive I'll update my review but 4 weeks in it's not looking good...

I scammersordered a pair of joggers from this…
I ordered a pair of joggers from this company over 2 weeks ago.
They were almost £80. I have never received them. Despite numerous emails which they have refused to respond to l now think this so called company is a total scam.
Stay well clear & keep your money.

Upinflames is a scam
I ordered a pair of navy blue joggers and they arrived with holes and tears in them as well as the packaging. I paid £68 for a pair of joggers with holes in them and they aren’t repling to my E-mails and i can’t contact them in any way. It is such a scam do NOT buy from Upinflames.

Deliveries???
Ordered the puffer jacket on the 29th of november, haven't received any updates or responses about the delivery at all and it's the 26th of December. They do not respond to emails or messages and i'm not sure if my jacket will even arrive. Do not reccomend at all.

There seem to be 2 "Up in Flames" sites.
Upinflames.store looks like it is fake and will take your cash via PayPal to a personal gmail account in Asia, which presumably is not linked to the real company.
This real one is UpinFlames London only does drops.
Beware!

Appears to be a scam
Appears to be a scam. They take your money and nothing arrives. Referred to the 'Shop' app which says my coat was delivered 2 hours ago! A totaal lie. Email sent to the email address in the order receipt resulted in a bounce back saying that the email address does not exist.

Long lead times and no customer service updates
Place a pre order with 'up in flames' for some grey joggers on 3rd April. Kept chasing the order and zero response.
The only time I got a response was when an email alert came through to me about yet another clothing drop and pre order!! When I replied saying I haven't received the first order yet their response was
"We stated clearly shipping would take 20-25 working days before you purchased"
Quite abrupt and not very polite!
It's now the 4th May and I place this order 31 days ago and I've still not received the order!!
I would not buy from them again, so be prepared for long delays and no updates!!
