Ordered end of November after signing up for release, started to worry when I saw previous reviews so contacted them for update. Quickly responded to me advising of expected dispatch and subsequent notification that Royal Mail expected. When this didn’t change into tracked I contacted again, didn’t get reply (to my less polite email) but quickly changed to tracked and received order today. Most importantly good quality product received in time for Christmas. Bit of a shambles in dispatching and communication, I would recommend they set more realistic expectations of what they can achieve and communicate that. I wouldn’t have minded the overall wait but starts raising scam alerts (to me and presumably other teen parents) when expected process not timely managed especially as there are a number of similarly named websites. Could not have afforded to have found alternative if it had been a scam. Very relieved that my son’s Christmas present is exactly what he wants, good quality and real! Thanks.

I placed an order 30th November as a Christmas present for my son and this still hasn’t been posted, I can only presume I’ve also been scammed.

An awful brand, avoid at all costs.

Website is legit, all negative reviews will be from a mistake in the website- there are many scam websites that are imitations, the url of this review is the real website and the website should have a white background, with a circular logo at the top. The fake website is the blocky green logo. Although it is on the slower side of shipping, it is very much legit with high quality clothing.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a hoody for my son for Christmas, money was taken from my bank but no email confirmation. We are a week in and still not contact despite sending them 4 emails . Contacting my bank tomorrow to hopefully get my money back . Absolutely scam of a company, yet they still advertising all over social media . I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Like the last three reviews, I’ve ordered a jacket from my son… a wingman puffa jacket…. This has never arrived they do not respond to any request for updates in when I can expect the item and will start it now proceeding for a refund. It’s sad because my son ordered an item from them and had absolutely no problems so I’m disappointed that this has happened for his jacket.

I bought a jacket for a my son over a month ago and it just didn't arrive. I've emailed them several times but no reply. I've just had to open a case with my credit card company to try and get back the £131.50 they have stolen from me. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Wanted to buy a puffa anorak online from this company so thought I’d check their returns policy. Great difficulty finding it but eventually found they state no returns or refunds. This is contrary to Consumer law in the UK where they are selling. Emailed them -no reply Think this is a SCAM company ‘Shop’ app should not be dealing with them but they accept no responsibility

Really fast shipping time and the quality was really good.

Ordered from this website but having been scammed from poser London I looked at the up in flames website and there appears to be multiple up in flames websites. No response from my email to them and have no goods delivered from them. Have raised a case with PayPal to get monies back.

I am having to contact the police now and trading standards as I have been scammed!!!

They have 2 fake websites one under upinflames.com and one upinflames.co.uk be careful I’m hopefully going to get them closed down and the police will be investigating them today

Returned an item that was too small. Had to pay to return it to Pakistan. Despite numerous emails the return has not been processed and I am out of pocket £100. Do not purchase anything from them, they are dishonest.

Good response and shipping

This company is a scam. I ordered a T shirt, it never arrived, they didn’t refund me and they ignored all my chasing emails. Avoid!

Requested a cancellation or return, got ghosted, sent the items back, further ghosting even though they have the items, needed to initiate a charge back through card provider ... still no contact from them to this day but charge has been reversed. Still don't know if they really exist as a business.

Ordered my Jorts on the 2nd arrived on the 28th after they said it would be 5 days shipping. The Jorts are nice just disappointed how long it took and they don't answer any customer service emails.

Received my package and am very happy with it as it is exactly what I ordered but delivery was slow

Ordered raw denim Jeans, haven’t arrived after almost 3 weeks. Ignored all my emails, tracking says Royal Mail are still “expecting” to receive the parcel but it’s obvious upinflames haven’t posted them and chances are they won’t either. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Stay well clear if you don’t want to loose your money.

Also scammed!
£75 joggers ordered over 2 months ago, never arrived. NatWest are now refunding me. Screw you upinflames! Let’s hope the Fraud team catches up with you.
