Customer service is great, Spotify for $4 lifetime. If you get kicked you just claim a replacement. Please don't read the bad reviews they all just cant read how the service works!!

Terrible customer service, key got locked for no reason. When I contacted them for help, they took 24 hours between each reply. Such a simple thing to fix yet they take their sweet time. In the end, my problem was not fixed as they are no longer replying, therefore, I have now switched to another upgrader service. Would not recommend.

I purchased an upgrade key this afternoon, October 6th 2021. Upgraded immediately and was told the key already been used. Logged into the 24/7 support and have been queued for the last couple of hours with my question having no response. Utter waste of time and money.
N. B. 24 hrs later issues resolved via support. Lots of effort. Let's see how long it lasts.
UPDATE: 5 days later and I've just been booted out of the premium membership. There is also now no stock of UK upgrades on the website so they can't carry out a replacement for me. It's tedious, not worth the money and as originally stated, a dreadful waste of time.

It's just a scam! 'LIGMA' hey remember me?? You the 1 that said I'm wasting key while your system have problem... Why you so frustrating, scold and yelling at me??? When I first saw this site I thought it was a bit sus because of the low price for premium and some of the reviews on here saying it's a scam, but I said screw it and got the 4.50 one and I got the key in under a minute and it works perfectly fine plus they even have a video showing you on how to do it so you won't get confused. P.S. You get the key in your email after the transaction is completed.

It's been a few months since my first order and I rarely had any problems, the staff was there for me when I asked for help. I'm satisfied !

Great staff, quick and easy help. For upgrades, their restocks are around every 2-3 days, and if you don't get the country you wanted they offer to change your account's country for free so you aren't left out!!

If you have a brain and can understand simple instructions, you can get Spotify Premium for A LIFETIME for only $4.50. It's worth my extra 5 minutes to save HUNDREDS a year.

Not honest company, they don't deliver what they advertise, dont trust them. The paid shills in the discord are not worth your time as "support".

This is sadly a scam, you purchase a key and there are zero available countries, with no warning to the customer....

The customer has to find out after they purchase a key and go to upgrade their account to find out there are no countries available... shady.

I waited for a week and still no available countries. I tried contracting staff a few times and they just told me it's (my fault) and not their problem.

Please don't waste your time with this joke of a site, it's a bunch of kids that started a website..... won't be back.

It works, but you have to wait for restocks, which is annoying. Restock is admin business to do, so you wait for them for like week or few days with no guarantee, that your country will be restocked. There is no refund.
To sum up, it isnt a scam, it is poor service.

Great service, restocks have been more common lately. Plenty of FAQs and guides on how to use the service, most of the negative reviews are from people to lazy to read the FAQ
