Awesome! Staff is always answering on their resseller Discord, kinds, no matter the problem you have the support is always here. Their Discord bot is awesome, and of course the service overall for Spotify upgrade works amazingly well for everyone!

Staff are rude to other people if they dont get something right the first time, and a bad service. Post your name publicly if you dare try to get your money back, and also you lose your premium in 30 minutes tops. Would not recommend, pay normally.

Although the reviews may be negative, The staff are cooperative, helpful and respectful in general. I purchased a key for extremely cheap that can be replaced if at fault. Although there has been some trouble with the service from time to time, It is usually straightforward, My only problem was being removed from the service but it was fairly simple to get it working again.

Poor service. Staff and admin actively deleting criticism. The longest I could stay in a Family (I was in 4 different family's) was 2 hours. Restocks take a week or so.

Got removed of my family plan, still haven't gotten new key to get premium again. Bad service, owner is toxic, staff is toxic. They will post a "scam report" on you if you chargeback on their horrible service. This scam report includes your personal info and it even says it on their shoppy.

Don't be fooled by the fancy website. If only the accounts would stay active and there was no need to keep reaching out. Eventually they just started ignoring me. Others i talk to had the same experience. Better to stay away, so many better options out there.

I tried the one time upgrade but the key I received was not valid. I tried it again and requested a refund. Still waiting
