lappy is good now. had a frustrating issue with having no sound . usual hp / Microsoft shenanigans ! took a good hour of trial and error bios/ firmware/software and driver combo to get it going again. maybe the in house refurbishers should test all inputs and outputs before selling. just a suggestion.

The dell optiplex 7040 was in excellent condition and exactly what I needed to run Linux. It took a while to arrive but that was due to the courier shuffling the package around its delivery hubs in a back and forth between depots. UN Tech provide a great product.

Ordered refurbished laptop in the morning and by lunch time was ready to collect. So easy and thrilled with the purchase and service provided.

The Microsoft hub refurbished purchased was not cleaned it was dirty greasey with finger marks disappointing the ordering and delivery time was excellant.

I have been shopping with UN tech a few times. They have pretty good product line for me to choose from. I trust the build quality of the big brands they sale. The product I purchased meet exactly my needs.
They ship pretty fast as well. The product is well packaged.

You did not mention the keyboard marks on the screen
when you advertised this item. They are quite bad.
I think the price was a little excessive because of it.

Computer was delivered quickly and in excellent condition (well packed) at a really good price and included an unexpected keyboard so it as operational straight out of the box. (Easy to set-up as well).

Purcahsed a "perfect" condition Dynabook Portege X30L from UN Tech. Pleasantly surprised. Unit is cosmetically immaculate. Not a single mark on the case or screen. Windows 11 preloaded. Passed all hardware tests. Battery health at 95% on a 4+ year old unit. Excellent. Opened the unit up to install a larger NMVE. Absolutely spotless inside. Not a spec of dust...
