Very slow delivery considering the price i paid nearly 30euro

Have to say it,what a great company and a fantastic after sale service.
About two years ago I brought a little garden trailer from Unitrailer and I must say fit and finish is second to none. I use it mainly for moving garden waste like hedging, grass and shrubs etc I’ve also used it to cart firewood, sand and cement sometimes around 300/350 kg without any difficulties. Obviously you wouldn’t be throwing concrete blocks and rocks around like you maybe would with a builder’s trailer but it’s not built for that. It’s a grand light little trailer that you can man handle around your property without the need for an extra person or a vehicle to push or manoeuvre it ( trailer empty of course ).
Recent I bought a spare wheel from Unitrailer and it arrived promptly by to my annoyance when fitting the spare I noticed that the bolt holes didn’t match the original ones on the trailer this was my fault when ordering the spare wheel from Unitrailer. I contacted Unitrailer on line and within a minute I received a phone call from the salesperson who was very courteous and helpful. We arranged to return the spare for correct fitting spare wheel.
Shortly after I received a refund from Unitrailer and was a satisfied customer.

Great customer service

All queries were addressed within minuets, e-mail calls etc. Prompt processing of orders and very knowledgeable people to talk with.

Happy with everything except delivery service. It took two more days then promised.
