Nice people but they have up graded…
Nice people but they have up graded there security but it didn't stop my motorhome getting broken into between September 2023 and January 2024 as they stripped half my dash front out n cut cables from inside doors taken inside both doors electrics and everything around doors and door mirrors so I will not be coming back there again and moved it straight off site as thought it was safe and like I said nice people but security isn't that good to me

Apologies again for what happened to your van. As we discussed with you at the time, it was unfortunate that the window of time (4 months) in which the alleged incident took place meant that much of the CCTV footage of the area had already been overwritten by the time we came to review it. Additionally, we advised you to involve the police regarding the incident, but you declined to do so. Doing this could possibly have led to a more satisfactory conclusion for you.
Events like this are vanishingly rare on our site, and the fact that your older Ducato van was specifically targeted is especially unusual, considering there are so many expensive high-end vans parked nearby. However, in light of the incident, we have reviewed our CCTV intrusion detection protocols to prevent any futher incidents. Addtionally, we are in the process of doubling the number of CCTV cameras on site and installing a larger hard drive to hold footage for longer. Again, we are sorry you have had this negative experience with our site.
