I strongly discourage anyone from using Unit4. It is one of the slowest and most frustrating business software solutions I've ever worked with. The application constantly freezes, making even the simplest tasks unnecessarily difficult.

What is even worse is that every single change triggers a server request that takes around 30 seconds to complete. This makes the entire workflow painfully slow and incredibly inefficient. A task that should take a few minutes ends up taking much longer because you're constantly waiting for the system to respond.

The overall user experience is outdated, unreliable, and extremely unproductive. For software that is supposed to improve efficiency, it does exactly the opposite. Unless you enjoy wasting time waiting for loading screens and dealing with frequent freezes, I would not recommend Unit4 to anyone.

Been using Unit4 for over 10 years and it’s been very reliable. It has improved a lot in recent years, more intuitive, flexible, and user-friendly.

Desktop Citrix is always dropping out even when you are working in the application. It should have an 8 hour idle time applied to the software but frequently drops out. When logging tickets with Unit 4 workable solutions are rarely given and tickets are often closed down before a resolution is made. I have used Agresso and Unit 4 for the past 20+ years but the quality once offered is no longer there. The User Master File is is very clunky when setting up new users.

I am continually astounded and frustrated by just how hard it is to use Unit 4. The company I work for use it for expenses, holidays, absences etc and every time I use this system it makes me HATE working for my company. It wastes so much of my time and causes so much frustration. Expense claims are rejected without any guidance as to what needs to be rectified. You enter form info and save a draft and then it doesn't save the form so you are continually repeating effort. And system doesn't even prompt you if you haven't added required documents. Seriously, it's a joke how fiddly and nonuser friendly it is. Help function is useless too.

Spam my home address with unsolicited letters all because they got my business details from companies house.

Je l'utilise déjà depuis 3 ans et je n'ai rien à dire mise à part des bugs de temps à autre.

Unit4 har glemt at der findes brugere. Mere er der vist ikke at sige om det.
...altså udover at de også har glemt at de laver et ERP-system...
Systemet kan ikke klare de mest elementære funktioner (som fx. betaling af fakturaer) - bare for at starte et sted.

Helt värdelöst system från yngre stenåldern.
En sökmotor som kräver att du använder exakt rätt begrepp annars hittar den ingenting. Köp annat system
