Horrible customer services and low attention to detail. They will randomly pick what to send you if what you ordered is not in stock. When they make an error, expect months of calling/emailing them to get them to finally accept responsibility and correct the error. About the only positive thing I can say is they have great prices...if you actually get what you ordered.

We have been purchasing products from Uniform Warehouse for years now. The majority of the time, items are in stock. Dealing with Sue in the Art Department when we need printing done has been great. Now looking into custom patches. Thankful that they exist for all of our uniform needs.

If there is ever (which is rare) an issue with your order, they fix it right away. Sue is the best representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is always reachable, and fast at what she does. I love this company and her.
