Bad customer service!! I tried reaching out to them after ordering, they never return calls. And when you finally get to a person, they dont seem to know whats going on with the ordered products and they are rude about it. They always hang up and we are back to square one, trying to reach the company.
Great products but BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I returned shirts that were too large and was not given a return label. Any REPUTABLE company would have sent me one. The return shipping will cost half cost of the order. I do not recommend this company and I will not be using them again. There are plenty of other uniform companies.

She has been absolutely wonderful to me and our police department. She made our traffic division shirts and they look wonderful.

When I need more shirts I will be coming back to her!!!

I am totally astonished at all the good reviews I read. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. The quality of there uniforms is horrible. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Calling them is a waste of time, you always get a voice mail that is never returned. Same with emails. I am still waiting for A refund on uniform shirt that were not the brand I ordered. They may have good prices. Just remember You get what you pay for. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Sue is extremely helpful! Even she make a small error, or something is not right with your order she will do her very best to get it corrected quickly! She reminds very prompt, and she has excellent communication! I will always go through sue

One of the BEST service and fastest turn around ever! Had a special Shirt (Motorcycle Funeral Escort) go bad as some of the stitching come out. Called Sue and she overnighted a new shirt and I sent my shirt back as requested. She (Sue) sent me back my old one after the repairs. That's what customer service is all about. Life time customer now!

Sue is the ideal customer service/sales person. I’m just starting my own repair business and I ordered a long sleeve shirt from you guys that I loved. Then I ordered 2 shortsleeved shirts that were the wrong color. I was hesitant at first to say something but Sue was more than accommodating in getting me the shirts I needed. For all my uniform needs going forward I’ll go to Uniform Warehouse because of the indelible mark she made on me. She’s exemplary in making sure the customer’s needs are met and is a great example of customer service.
