Lovely embroidery but the fleece material is very very cheap and so thin it’s not a fleece not warm

I was told orders come in few days and…
I was told orders come in few days and an email followed up saying it is delayed now for up to 7-10 days after I complained. This is the 15th day and I’ve seen anything. I have been waiting it out patiently but the constant email about rating how you did is annoying when I haven’t even gotten my order.

Thank you for leaving a review. We're sorry that you are not happy with the time it has taken to complete your order. I am not sure who told you orders take a few days, as we are working 7-10 days, which is clearly shown on our website. Our time frame is based on working days, as we don't work weekends. Based on your order date, yesterday was the 10th day from when your order was placed. When you chased up your order earlier this week, you were told that we were working on 7-10 days (not that your order was delayed for 7-10 days) and that your order was being sent out in the next few days. As explained by email sent to you today, since our previous email we had a delayed delivery from DPD which had the stock required to fulfil your order. Your order is being sent out today, this is 1 day later than expected based on our time frame. Our delivery times are also clearly listed on our website and when orders are placed. Thanks

Pure Quality. I now won’t use anyone else.
Had my first order of 2 personalised fleeces from the Uniform Factory and was extremely impressed. From putting in my order around the 18th of November, my order came on the 24th. Quality of fleeces are excellent and kept me very warm. Embroidery was accurate and of excellent quality, I cannot fault anything at all. Whole service from initial placing of order to the final delivery of items and quality of items are just rated for me as excellent. Have already mentioned this company to family and friends. May purchase other products as I won’t want to go elsewhere. And very reasonably priced too. Thank you Uniform factory.
