Lovely embroidery but the fleece material is very very cheap and so thin it’s not a fleece not warm

Excellent products
The quality of the NHS sweatshirts I ordered were really great. Any amount of lettering and all the same price. Orders were processed mostly within 2 weeks and the customer service is super efficient. Nothing is too much trouble and they respond very quickly.

Arm length too long
Body fit, colour and embroidery were good. Arm length way too long. Had to have mine altered since I cannot return

Hi Sorry that you found the sleeves on your garment too long, unfortunately as we don't manufacture the garment this is out of our control but will take this on board. Good to hear that you were pleased with the embroidery.
