A poor experience in almost every way
I will start by saying this; I rarely give reviews, except for either exceptional or terrible service. Unfortunately, this review is not a positive one. Honestly, everything about this purchase and return was challenging, frustrating and unprofessional.
- There was no shipping email confirmation or tracking sent via email and shipping took longer than expected (I'm based in NL).
- I had to constantly prompt them for updates, responses took at least 4 days or more. They claimed email issues.
- I needed to return an item, I had to send an email to the store and wait for them to email a PDF to print out. The form was very long, but also; who owns a printer these days? This is an archaic way to deal with returns.
- The return form had the wrong postcode "B – 9300", this confused the post office while trying to arrange the return postage.
- Then, still 2 weeks after the return arrived with the seller I had to prompt them for an update on the refund.
- Finally after weeks of waiting, I received the refund.
- The seller hardly apologised, just came up with excuses.
Aside from the initial payment process, this whole experience was a disaster. I will avoid this company like the plague since they clearly don't care about giving a positive customer experience.

Don't forget to say you order for 204,85€. Finaly you sent back for 124,9€, so your order rested only for 79,95€ left over. Such orders is for small webshops a disaster. You order to have free shipping or order al lot and enjoy to sent it back, but dont forger you sent back more than half of order.
You order is from 15 May (Friday at 14.14),which was in Belgium a holiday weekend, sent on Monday 18th and received it on 22th May, . On or site is specialy mentiond that 2Eros has a delivery time from 5 to 8 working days. Yours is deliverd in 4 working days.
