I wish I could give less than 1 star. The most disgusting vile company I have ever had to do business with. They messed up on their site and had the payouts saying one thing and only paid me out a significantly less amount (about 10%). They wouldn't give me any type of credit or refund and blatantly lied about the whole thing even though I have screenshots and video of what the payouts showed for my bets. I hope ever customer service person I talked to gets cancer in 2025. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated me.

This company stole my 85 year old dad's…
This company stole my 85 year old dad's credit card. We think it was an employee of Underdog that is getting credit card numbers. They charged $8500 which ended up costing my dad over 10k with interest. Underdog refused to look at it and do the right thing. It has been disgusting, dealing with their team. Lock these folks up.

Underdog pays winnings super-slow!
Awful third-party vendor called Interchecks. Once you win, it takes up to 10 days for them to deposit your winnings! Prize Picks and others are less than 24 hours. Interesting that your money is taken from your account IMMEDIATELY but their Interchecks archaic system doesn't give you your payout for a week or more. Use another app like Prize Picks or Draft Kings if you want to get paid before you become a senior citizen!

What was once a great idea and company…
What was once a great idea and company has turned into a joke. Their PickEm offering is essentially a scam now - they have banned you from having any correlation whatsoever. The bigger best ball offerings are all lottery ticket contests. The app absolutely sucks - full of bugs and glitches that are detrimental to placing bets. Customer service just ignores you over and over.

becareful playing at underdog fantasy they cancel my draft team for no reason try to contack suport been over month they never responed and if you try to put a team in on the pick pickum they chang the olds when you have in just before u to place it my advice is not not play here i banned my self for life and emailed them to close my account they cant even afford a phone or chat support worst
