The parcel was picked up by EVRI who then went in to loose it. I have been in touch several times about a replacement. They keep telling me that a new necklace will be sent to me. As yet nothing. I won’t hold my breath

Still haven’t received my item. Website says orders re shipped or refunded after 20 days. Emailed twice asking for a refund but have heard or received nothing.

I only received part of my order. I had one response from my first email and I’ve been ignored since. I’m not happy

I have ordered my item and received the wrong one, they promised to send me the item i ordered and it never happened.

The jewellery is lovely and the customer service is impeccable. Delivery is very quick and always well packed. This is the second time I’ve ordered from undeniable and it won’t be my last.

Great necklace and price my grandson loved it.

Not bad, have ordered before. Good prices for accessories but don’t really last the power of time. But for the prices can’t complain 🙏🏻

The chain I received didn't match the photos on the buying page.
It is photgraphed so that the chain looks heavy, with tight links and good quality clasp. In reality, the chain is very light, feels quite cheap, links are far apart and the clasp is only on one side. The other side is just a little thin O ring. Customer service initially acknowleges your email and asks that you send photos in, but then you never hear from them again. I know the chains they sell are not expensive, but regardless it is being missold as something it is not.

Cancelled order on same day as I put order in unfortunately it was still sent out so returned it sent proof of postage and still waiting for my refund 1 week on my last e mail to them has just been ignored.

After delivery did not arrive via Evri, contacted the team to get an update three times with no response……
Was going to be a present…..
Disappointed……..

Great quality Chains and rings brought a few for myself can't reccomend enough
