Delivery was terrible
Delivery was terrible. 3 days in a row waiting in the house for it not to arrive on top of the previous day I waited in a week prior. Had to rechedule my own work, seriously inconvinient.
Shower had clearly been repackaged as plastic covers were missing on parts. Missed a crack in the bath, only discover at fitting. No reposnse when I emailed about it. I'm sure their Ts & Cs wouldn't have covered it but still makes Unbeatable / Bliss Bathrooms a poor experience.
Bath was damaged when the fitters went to install.
Reply. I paid £92 for delivery. Which I had to chase the while way through the process.
I would not have left a negative review if you had responded to my email from last week.

It appears that the courier experienced some delays, of which you were notified as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise on behalf of the courier for the inconvenience caused.
Regretfully, there's no guarantee that fragile items such as ceramics won't accidentally obtain damage during transit. Despite doing everything we can to reduce the chances of any damage, we can't guarantee once they have been taken by the courier.
We advise customers to check deliveries before accepting. Upon notifying us of an item damaged in transit, we provide a replacement as soon as possible, subject to T&Cs. However, an alternate item was purchased by yourself elsewhere before the damage was reported to us, 1 month after it was delivered, allowing no time for us to provide the replacement.
The shower was ordered in brand new from the manufacturer. We will kindly request more information from the manufacturer regarding the packaging, if you'd like us to do so.

Items showing as available are in fact NOT available. Payment taken, then the inevitable apology email with a ‘3-4 week’ lead time. Avoid. Useless.

I placed an order (and paid) on September 25. After nearly 3 weeks I have emailed them to get an update on the status of the order and I was told that one of the items was no longer available (should they have not let me know before I had to chase them?). I then agreed to replace the item for an available one.
After 2 weeks with no signs of any delivery I sent a follow up email: No answer. A few days later I sent another email: no answer. The day after I called them. They said they would have checked and replied to my email. Nothing has happened. So far (October 20) I haven’t received the items and I haven’t received any answers about the status of the order. Frustrating, disrespectful, unprofessional. Avoid!

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service. After having a nightmare with another company I decided to cancel my order and re-order all my items with Unbeatable Bathrooms. Not only were they cheaper, they actually pick up the phone, understand the need for speed and did what they could and the goods arrived even before they said it would. I would definitely order again.

Stay well clear
The product they have on their website may show in stock but they are not, I had to chase for a refund, When they finally say they have refunded it shows as pending. Chased again to find out why its pending. No Answer. Every other company that has refunded me via PayPal has been instant, Appears they are happy to take your money but not give it back.

I can see that a refund was processed as soon as possible (the very next day) after the offered alternate products were deemed not suitable. Additionally, our team responded to all of your emails. Explaining that the refund showed as 'pending' while being processed by PayPal's eCheck system (a process over which we have no control).

Unbeatable service!
In the last few months I have bought a Vitra basin and toilet and bottle trap and waste from them. I phoned several times with queries and have found all the staff incredibly helpful - Lucianna delayed the delivery of the toilet and basin for me to fit in with timings. More recently I spoke to Jack on a couple of occasions and he followed up my query with an unasked for phone call. When one of the accessories arrived slightly dented - on sending a photo Jack phoned to let me know that they were replacing it and even sent a courier to collect the damaged one - They really do give 'unbeatable' service!!!

Great prices and really helpful staff
Great prices and really helpful staff. I had a query on a kitchen tap before buying and they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and got back to me in an hour. I then ordered the tap and it arrived within 48 hours. I have now fitted the tap and all working perfectly.

I ordered a shower screen but…
I ordered a shower screen but unfortunately I had an email to say the item would not arrive for a month due to supplier. I could not wait a month so cancelled my order and was given a refund within a week. Customer service could not have been any better, they answered the phone straight away and emailed me to keep me updated. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the item delay.

Stock not available and Price Match Guarantee worthless
Ordered a Grohe shower fitting to then be told they did not in fact have stock.
They did have a suitable alternative in stock but they were more expensive than most other retailers.
Asked to use their 'Price match Guarantee' and was immdiately declined.
Certainly should not be called 'Unbeatable Bathrooms'!
They have lost our business - purchased elsewhere.
