I always recommend Umrah centre to family and friends and Brother Waqas always goes the extra mile Jazakallah may Allah give you more barakah and increase your rizq. Thank you again

If I could write half a star I would.
I am seething right now,
My first time in the holy city and this company have really done me in.
I not only went with them for flights and umrah but also for Ziyarat.

Bilal ( one of the personnel) doesn’t understand English very well, so it is very hard to communicate if you don’t speak Urdu or Hindi I would suggest going with someone else if you aren’t fluent in Hindi or Urdu.
I had to chase him up for invoices several times. when he finally did send me the invoices, he sent it to me along with itinerary which had the wrong flight timings. I booked the national express with those flight timings in mind, and realised they weren’t reflecting the same timings as stated on the boarding passes, essentially I would missed my flight due to their negligence, and had to rebook the national express.
When I called them to reimburse me for the cost of rebooking national express, he said it was my fault for looking at the itinerary and not the boarding passes.
Are you angry yet?
And guess what? Yes! it gets worse…
Imagine almost getting kicked out of your hotel because the company forgot to the pay the hotel?!
When I called him he was being rude, telling me off for not looking at a booking document he hadn’t sent me, (when he did send it to me) the information was scribbled off from the booking information which seemed very suspicious to me.
The hotel allowed me to sit while they contacted Umrah Centre.
It was all Umrah Centres fault. it was a long dispute and they finally paid after 1 hour, and no apology btw, just blaming some vendor.
Finally for Ziyarat my Makkah one was rushed and the Madinah one didn’t show up. We organised it for 8:00, they didn’t show up at the stated time I waited one hour and upon chasing it up and getting answers The contact straight up ghosted me on Botim when I saw he was online. I had to threaten police and Legal action for them to show up the next day.

Please guys for your own mental health save a little more and go with a company you can put good faith in , there are a vast number of travel companies out there. I don’t know how people have had good experiences with this agency.

And Umrah Centre, please up your game!

Our experience with Umrah Centre was very good .. all the information we needed was provided in good time and efficiently and Waqas was always to hand for any questions that I had and communicated immediately through WhatsApp and emails .. excellent service 😌

I would highly recommend using them for your travel needs and will definitely use them again for my next Umrah trip iA ..

I went to umrah as a family of 4
At first everything was good as soon as I sent over a deposit they lost contact and then on the day of my flight they sent me the visas after calling them 50 times an again they didn’t the same when flying to Dubai with my mother they did not give me a visa for her
She was not able to fly at Madina they would not allow her on the plane after calling them a number of times they didn’t answer or hell we was left stranded he sent me voice messages saying paying extra £116 which I did and then to be told her visa will take 4 days
At this point we was just heart broken we asked them to cover our cost of staying no answers at all

Waqas was extremely courteous over and above in helping making Umrah arrangements for my sons. He guided us from start to finish, arranging visas, travel, car hire, hotels etc. We did not need to worry about anything. Hassle free. I can't thank this team enough. Extremely reliable. Thank you!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My whole family booked through this company so I went through them too to be in same accomadation. Bilal was happy to take my deposit money and confirm booking! When I chased to pay balance he told me that nothing was booked! What proceeded was then a lengthy battle of he said she said. Bilal was particularly rude me and just really didn't understand or empathise at all with the fact that I was now a single female staying completely separate from family members because he failed to book room or communicate! The lies he told to others upset me the most. The manager was equally unhelpful! Find a company that does not ruin your Umrah experience.

We booked in June for December. Our hotel got swapped last minute even though we booked 6 months ago. First day we got there driver allocated by umrah centre had the wrong hotel details. When we finally got to the hotel with our two children the booking isn’t under our name. As we waited in the lobby not knowing where our kids will be staying finally umrah centre said they booked it under their name. While in Ihram both of us as parents were stressed because umrah centre didn’t deliver. My family in UK were also stressed. Umrah I will go again, with the Umrah centre? - Never! I urge my family and friends to stay clear, the agents need training.

I ordered a 10 day Umrah and Medina package with brother Waqas, and it was the most beautiful experience ever! May Allah put barakah in the work he does and I will definitely be using them again. I was hesitant at first because of online transactions, but the entire trip was planned so well and so close to the haramain. I also had so many last minute changes and brother Waqas was very accommodating and efficient. Me and my younger brothers really benefited from the umrah guide sent too! The only improvement I can think of is transport between cities, but that was our fault as we never booked the trains/taxis well in advance. Overall, the best trip ever Alhamdulillah!

Just back from Umraah Ma Shallah.
Waqas worked tirelessly and got us our desired package.
Everything worked out great and we had no issues.
Until the day of our return.
I went on line to the Turkish Airways flight tracking to see my plane was cancelled! Nobody contacted me or informed me. Tried Turkish Airlines and Umraah Saudi centre to no avail. Called Waqas and he calmly sorted everything out in a matter of minutes. Turkish Airlines had all my details they should have told me of the cancellation.
On another matter Haj & Umraah Centre tried to charge me 3% to pay by by card- this is ILLEGAL since 2018. You cannot charge to pay by card Stop overcharging your fellow brothers and sisters.
ALL agents should stop this overcharging.

I would like to recommend this company for your travels. I was supported by brother Bilal who was very helpful and polite. There were several last minute changes with my plans and his assistance, honesty and advice was very valuable. We had a few hiccups on the way but they were all dealt with such professionalism and courtesy.

I would advise to check with the travel company which hotels are being booked, often you can find the websites are not actually detailing the rooms you are given, so best to ask if the the room bookings are the same as what is displayed online.

I had to cancel some tickets due to foreseen circumstances and also received the refund on time from this company.
