The analysis that the team carrried out from a few commands was espectacular. It was amazing the way the experts from Umbrel solved the updating problem for my PC. A couple of commands and everything is working. Now, I've updated twice in a row and have running the version 2.0 right now. A service 10 over 10. Congratulations to the whole team!

I had an issue swapping from Knots back to core.
The UMBREL Ai help was initially very good and solved 95% of the issues. When it could not fix an issue with my mempool explorer it set up a help ticket and within a few hours someone responded and with a few simple instructions sorted the problem. I was very impressed.

The support for my specific problem was great. With step by step guide and also the right hints and commands.

The response was fast and qualified and really helpful. I'm impressed.

Fantastic support! Problem quickly diagnosed and corrective steps were provided in incredibly short notice. I have been using Umbrel (Pi4 and Home) since the beginning. It more than meets my expectations. This is was my first time needing tech support and based on their performance, it was everything I could have hoped for.

Node has failed several times during an update. It's very tedious to have to reconfigure my umbrel node every time after such an occurrence. Would not recommend.

For me THE self-hosted solution. Great UI/UX, a lot of apps for all daylife needs...but especially the personal bank you have to have. In the last days I also had to test customer service: very quick and kind... An app update all for me, lol.

I’ve been using Umbrel OS for a bitcoin Knots node for the past six months and have been really pleased with it. I recently found a bug that prevented connectivity over Tor and after speaking with Aiden from support, it was patched instantly. Really impressed, would recommend Umbrel!

An Excellent Customer Experience
The support and guidance I received was second to none. Craig guided me through trouble shooting and set-ups for software and hardware. Imagine you have a home hard drive with years of family photos. You simply connect it to UmbrelOS, and without asking you, it just DELETES and FORMATS the entire drive
