Taven did a fantastic job explaining the entire process to me. I had never shipped a car before and was so worried about getting scammed. Well, it turns out I did get scammed by another company but Taven followed up with me and got my business will definitely use again in the future if needed!!!

I was very nervous about transporting our car from Florida to WI. Ultimate transport found a wonderful driver who was on time and did a remarkable job. I could even track the progress of the transport. He was very friendly. Ultimate transport took my many calls of being nervous with the utmost professionalism. I would only go back to them if I ever needed a transport. Oh and most of all the price was very reasonable. Thank you!!

I would use them again if I have to send my car once more. The sales rep was explaining how it works and shipping costs and it was exactly like that. My car was picked up and delivered on schedule, car was not damaged. It was a door to door service which was a nice bcs my pick up street is a narrow one. Their dispatch service was very helpful when I called to check on the car.

After another carrier failed to pick up my vehicle, I called Ultimate Transport 123 the night before I was scheduled to fly out. They were able to pick up my car and deliver it to Houston, TX. at the last minute.

After breaking down and being stranded in Kansas for 2 days I was able to get my truck hauled back to Ohio. Thank you, Ultimate Transport 123, for arranging the hot shot and working directly with the local Ford dealership to get my truck picked up and brought to me so I didn’t have to stay in Kansas an additional 2 days. The process went as smooth as possible and my truck arrived to the mechanic in tip top shape! They even gave me a $50 credit towards my next shipment if I ever need one again - let’s just hope I never have to use it! ☺️
