I was moving from Washington to Nevada, and three hours into our roadtrip my vehicle broke down three times in Portland Oregon. We spent 2 days in Portland towing my vehicle from shop to shop. I had my two young sons and 4 pets, it was an extremely stressful, difficult and frustrating situation. We were in an unknown place, in 90% heat & humidity with a broke down car, that had to get to Nevada. I started looking up different transporters online and found ultimatetransport123. They were amazing, since the first time I called. They were helpful, caring, knowledgeable. I was crying and frustrated and they were able to get my vehicle hauled the next day with a military discount and was delivered directly to my driveway in Las Vegas. Everything went so smooth, it was definitely a relief for my family and I. They were definitely heaven sent. I am grateful for all the staff & my Driver. I would recommend them to anyone.

The only reason we give one star is because we finally received our car, after much frustration. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL AND IN FACT, IT SHOULD BE FORCED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. In fact, we felt threatened by the driver about payment before we even received the car. The story is a long one regarding the shipment process and we had to threaten the company with the state police and lawyers so that we could get the car. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

So I called this company for a quote, just a quote. I spoke to Jason, probably some little kid that work here. He said he called me back because I was going to think about , he proceeds to text me saying I answered the phone and told him some kid of lie. After all this he proceeded to text me and tell me I was a liar, a criminal, deceitful. I told him I recorded all my calls and he said I broke the law. Here in Arizona I can record conversation without the other person knowing as long as im part of the conversation. So he continued to text me, call me names whatever. Very unprofessional.

The team are all aces, they know what they’re doing and deliver within acceptable time frames. I couldn’t have done better at an ETA. Solid and reliable. Be sure to understand your contract and the time schedule concerning pickup and delivery.

I shipped my sons car from north Ga to 29 Palms California he received it a day early they kept me informed on the pickup window and delivery they gave me a military discount because my son is a Marine . They gave me an upfront cost that never changed which was great. My contact person was Dana , she made everything flow very easy and the whole process went very smoothly she also gave me a link to track my driver as he drove across the country. The driver was also very nice and loaded and unloaded the car very smoothly. The driver also let me pick the pickup and drop off spots that was covenant to the both of us. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone in the military or moving cross country.

Excellent company to do business with. I called them on Friday and I was told that my bike would be picked up within 24 hours and that I would be de delivered within 3 days from Colorado, My bike was delivered exactly when they said. Pick up was always on time. Used this company twice. One time my grandson’s car transferred from Nj to Florida. Then later transferred from Florida to Tulsa Oklahoma. Both times drivers were very helpful, pleasant and the cars were in perfect condition. I will use them again when my grandson moves back to Florida. Highly recommend them!
