Had a problem with my surgical loupes bought 12 years ago through Surgitel. Will at UKLoupes very helpful and obliging in fixing problem by phone and photos on Whatsapp. Offered postal repair but problem solved without the need to send them off. Many thanks, excellent service!

Very quick turn around , great customer service

After 5 years of heavy use, one small piece of my light docking attachment broke. I contacted UK Loupes and they immediately offered to send a replacement part, free of charge. They were very quick and professional.

I had an issue with my light on the loupes and they've sorted very quick. They've delivered in a couples of days in my convenience place and they've made my life easily without interrupting any of my day work! Great service and customer service, really recommended, Thanks Will!

Outstanding customer service! I bought some clip on loupes which I struggled to align properly at first. I contacted UKloupes through WhatsApp and got a reply within minutes. They also followed up with a call to help answer my questions. Super helpful and responsive.
In the end I decided clip on loupes were not for me and that I would save up for TTLs. I returned the clip ons and received a full refund immediately - no quibbles; quick, easy and efficient.
If you’re trying to decide whether to buy new loupes or which would be right for you, definely go with these guys!

There ergo loupes and wireless light have been a real game changer in my daily practice. My previous pair of TTL loupes and light were seriously no match. The quality of customer service has also been great. They are great people and seem to always reply (even on a Sunday). I Have looked at other brands and I'm definitely glad I went with UKloupes. High quality and great prices! I don't usually write reviews but I had to this time.

Im new to loupes despite being in dentistry for a very long time , UK loupes could not have been more helpful, sending me videos on setting my loupes up and tips to get used to them . The communication was excellent and i was never made to feel stupid or a annoyance for asking for help . I had a slight issue which was my own mistake but uk loupes could not have been more helpful in sorting it out for me . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them .

I recently ordered the Student Loupes with my prescription added, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. While the custom manufacturing meant I had to wait about a month and a half for delivery, it was absolutely worth the wait!

Best service and loupes I have ever got ...I love those loupes so much , I have tried some before and I can say by far they are the most comfortable efficient loupes I have got .
As a General dentist I use my loupes almost everyday with all my treatments and I wanted something light weight and not very complicated . The whole process was so smooth and stright forward , communication was superb and I had them constructed to my liking in no time .

I would highly recomend them if you want no hastle and high quality loupes ..they have so many varieties and I might even purchase another one with a different magnification later 😉
