I have been a patient at this dental practice for almost 60 years. It has recently been taken over by Kreate Dental and I have noticed a big difference with updated technology. The staff are very friendly and Rosh & Ravinder who managed my appointments were very caring, continuously checking that I was comfortable during my treatments. Unfortunately the time it took to have a crown fitted was longer than expected but this was not due to the Gravesend branch and Rosh sincerely apologised for the delay. My crown has been fitted and I am very pleased with the result.

Deepika, my dentist , nurse Elsie, also Helen and Dee on reception were so friendly and always put me at my ease. I would recommend Kreate dental to anyone who is worried about going to see a dentist.

Private dentist that provides friendly receptionists such as Sharon, and Dentists that care. Procedures are not rushed and commentary during complicated procedures are reassuring. Minus one star as the waiting room is a little cramped.

Would recommend to anyone! I’m a nervous patient who normally avoids the dentist, only went as I had broken a tooth & was in a lot of pain. It needed removal which was done there and then, with no pain or discomfort. It felt non judgmental and the dentist was so empathetic to my fears and embarrassment. I was put at ease.

I’ve visited for myself twice now, and have only good things to say about the dentist here. They are so attentive and reassuring and explain everything to you in detail. What’s even better is the receptionists are lovely, especially Gemma! She’s so bubbly & genuinely just such a happy person! Exactly the vibe you’d want in someone who is front facing of a business. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The staff at Kreate Dental are really helpful and friendly and make visiting the dentist a much nicer experience. I would like to thank Helen, Deepika and Ravinder for fitting me in as an emergency patient to have a temporary crown replaced ahead of a very special ruby anniversary weekend. Also a special thank you to Laura for helping with our dentist theme for our preschool. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Seeing my dentist Roshni, is great, every time I go into her practice everyone is smiling and happy to be there. Anytime I need help or an emergency appointment they always make room for me no matter what and they make me excited to visits the dentist

Ella and Ursula excel in service and putting the patient at rest explaining procedures and doing what is required. They are a very good team. Reception are also very good too.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Deepika and nurse Nilu who were both lovely. They were so attentive and my treatment was pain free. After several years of a recurring issue, which had been somewhat dismissed by other dentists she straightaway x-rayed the area and got to the root cause (no pun intended). I am not anxious about the dentist but it makes for a great experience when you are listened to, explained things and treated with care. Thank you so much ☺️

This was a follow up appointment to have a crown fitted. The first appointment was a revelation with new technology used to assess the size and no need for the sticky gum that used to be used. Today Varsha and Ravinder were very friendly, as usual, and explained exactly what they were doing. My crown is an exact fit and colour and took less then 10 minutes to fit. I have been a patient for 25+ years and Kreate are bringing it into the 21st century whilst the receptionists are still very friendly and know you by name.

I was petrified before my first appointment as I’m a very nervous patient, but the empathy and care shown by both Roshni and Ravinder was out of this world. After an initial assessment, I had two further appointments to fit a crown which was made completely bearable because of the kindness shown to me. I would 100% recommend this surgery as everything about it is so organised and everyone is so friendly. Thank you so much! Carol

At the hygienist today, Monday 13th of April. I am usually quite nervous, however, Seema and Laura were so friendly and explained things to me which put me at ease.
I had some numbing cream on my teeth which really helped, and I didn’t feel a thing, I would recommend a visit if you need the hygienist.
Speak to Seema and Laura about your anxieties and they will help put you at ease.

I’ve been going to Kreate Dental for many years, and over the last two years I’ve had composite bonding, two crowns, and a few fillings. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The service has been consistently fantastic—professional, thorough, and always delivered with genuine care and attention to detail.

I'm a very nervous patient because of bad experiences when younger.
But after seeing dentist Deepika and her dentist assistant Ravinder they gave me the courage to have some work done to my tooth something I had been putting off for many years. They explained procedure, put me at my ease ,gave me time if I changed mind. During procedure they took their time , reassuring me at each step .I can't tell you how happy I am to have found such a kind ,gentle professional Dentist.

I’m not good when it comes to going to the dentist. I’m very nervous. When I arrived at Kreate dental the staff greeted me with kindness. Varsh and Laura treated me with care and kindness while I received my treatment.I was very comfortable during my treatment I forgot about my nerves I recommend Kreate to everyone the service is excellent.
